Great, clean hotel right by the train station and not far from the center of the city!

Not the best experience this time as rooms were freezing. CTRIP did an excellent job in rectifying the issue

Great hotel, next to train station. Very slow service in the reception both when checkin and luggage collection after check out. We almost missed our train because it took more than 20 min to collect our luggage...

The truth is that everything was great, from the arrival and the check-in process to the quality of the room, which was the best of all, incredible views of Leiden and its central square at the station. Checking out was a little more complicated since the reception was closed and we had to call a phone number, etc., but apart from that, everything else was great and we loved it, if I come back to Leiden I will repeat

Beautiful rooms overlooking the city. Lovely bed and rain shower. The sauna (with additional payment) is recommended.

Great hotel. We were upgraded to a family room. Nice room, good hygiene. Friendly staff. Food was also fine. For us, because we were by train, prime location near the station and within walking distance of the old center.

a great location but via my TomTom I ended up at the emergency depar**ent of the hospital. Searched again and not found. Then called the hotel and asked how to get there. That turned out to be only possible via the parking garage . In the parking garage it was also very difficult to find the entrance. So this is a very bad point of the hotel
