This not easily identified but eventually I was able to locate it. It is near quite a few gas stations and options for dining. The pool looked nice but was closed for maintenance. The staff was courteous and professional.

I have stayed at this hotel once a mo. For 6 mos for a training in the area. I stayed here because of the affordable rate. I reviewed this property on my 1st stay and now my last. The simple changes I noticed! PAINTING! The property was always clean but fresh coats of paint and a few minor repairs have really made a lot of difference! Staff was excellent, friendly, efficient and welcoming the who,e time! If I ever return to the area I will stay again!

Everyone at this property was friendly and eager to make my stay a good one, and they succeeded. From the front desk staff who greeted me, to the housekeeping staff (who rushed over to open my door for me when they saw I had my hands full and was starting to put things on the floor), they went above and beyond. The property is conveniently located and my room was quiet and comfortable. Parking was well lit and safe for people and vehicles. Even the breakfast was good, along with the coffee. No complaints at all, not one. I occasionally come to town to visit University of Kentucky, and this was an affordable, nice hotel not far from campus. I plan to return to GuestHouse. Excellent.

We scheduled to tour at UK and booked this place to stay. Bedding was the most comfortable bedding I have ever had during a hotel stay, breakfast was hot and good! I will definitely stay again when returning to Lexington!

Richard who checked us in was fabulous and friendly. We enjoyed speaking with him about the area.

Everything about the hotel was 5 stars except our check-in person was not friendly at all!!

Really needs an update or refresh of bathroom. Pool not available for use….no elevator so we lugged our suitcases up the stairs. We are 70 so quite a workout.

was not informed before stay, that the pool was under maintenance and that was one of the reasons I retained the room for my granddaughter and I. some of the furniture needs replaced, can see the wear and tear.

Check in was easy. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Hotel was clean with basic amenities. We missed the continental breakfast. Their hot breakfast will resume in the spring. Location and price made this a great stay for travelers going south.

Overall this property was great. My only complaint would be the strong scent used in the lobby and hallways. It wasn't an unpleasant smell but it was really too strong.

Hotel staff very accommodating, helpful with printing off some personal papers for us, very nice! Room was clean and up to date!
