The manager of the hotel is amazing and his staff are hard working as well as helpful. The hotel is in a great area in the ancient city of Lijiang and is in walking distance to the center of the ancient city. The manager is unbelievably kind and understanding. The service from this hotel is remarkable and I highly recommend it.

Even the location of this hotel is the only one weakness, but the other strengths could cover it. Amenity kits were fantastic and all staff were very friendly. The quality of breakfast was high and easy access of that restaurant was the one of strength. Free water bottles and fruit were prepared for every guest on the reception area. I strongly recommend this hotel for travelers who are looking for quiet and peaceful place near Lijiang old city.

Nice hotel, a little far from the old town, but there were no issues with foreigners staying here during Covid. Service was fantastic, they took care of us and assisted with additional concierge services during our stay.

The location is on the outskirts of old-town. So ca. 10 min walk, but very pleasant. Rooms were very modern and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Downside was that parking cost were extra. I’m general I liked it.
