What can I say? we enjoyed an amazing experience, friendly staff and couldn't have asked for a cleaner and more accessible hotel

Great hotel. Good location, friendly staff, lovely clean room & bathroom, fast wi-fi and decent breakfast.

Have nothing good to say about this hotel, the customer service is none, they are not interested in pleasing a customer or at least try to give some Quine of customer service, all they are interested in is taking your money. I do NOT recommend it and I will never be staying there. I payed quite a lot and it quite literally was like throwing my money in the bin. They were NOT interested in helping me out or even listening to me, their only answer was “nothing we can do”. I have stayed in many hotels as family of 4 and I have never had such a bad customer service, quite sad.

It ticked every box for us. It was the perfect stay. The staff on reception at check in and check out were extremely friendly and helpful and in particular, the lovely chef who served breakfast who was attentive and very pleasant. The staff are polite, interested in your stay and very professional.

Absolutely fabulous accommodation. The one bedroom suite was spacios and spotless, so clean and cozy. Fabulous view of Albert Docks. Staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Our 10 year old son loved the big comfly sofas and chairs by the fire in the lobby and didn't want to leave. 15 min drive from Anfield Statium. Within easy walking distance to all toiurist spots including The Cavern Club, Liverpool One. Albert Docks and loads of restaurants and bars. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The very friendly guy on reception directed us to "The Pump House" bar and restaurant for a fabulous meal. Couldn't go wrong staying here. Hope to come back some day. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Staff were excellent, rooms were great.

The staff was amazing! They were friendly, helped give ideas on places to visit while there, provided maps and bus information.

Fantastic set up - lounge, kitchen, bathroom and bed. All very comfortable and convenient for the docks. Great breakfast included and parking on site underground for £20 per day. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is lovely, staff are friendly and helpful. Food hot and fresh. As a negative i booked a dock view and only got a corner of it and £20 charge for car park that we was not told about before arrival. It was a good secure car park though.

The price-performance ratio is very high. The room is a suite with two beds inside and outside, so children and adults can sleep without disturbing each other. The breakfast is rich, there is a Ferris wheel nearby that you can ride on, 30 pounds per person, and there is an Italian pizza shop, which is delicious.

Really good stay at staybridge suites our second stay here very friendly clean, comfortable beds nothing is to much trouble would stay again
