Good location and clean and quiet rooms.

The room is very small, maybe less than 5 square meters. The hotel reception is in a corridor. There is only a bed behind the door and no windows. It is completely dark during the day. It is completely different from the description. I left before checking in, and the hotel reception refused to check out or refund my money. Everyone should be careful not to stay in this shabby hotel that deceives consumers.

Located only seconds walk from behind Trafalgar Square.

The location is great! The room was alright, but our towels were dirty and needed changing. Just to store luggage for some hours the hotel charges 15 Pounds.

Pros: 1. very good location 2. the front desk is good and helped me with my issues. Cons: 1. i was given the room on the level 2 2. the room is very small 3. the toilets are nice but very small. No places to put any toiletries 4. there are no facilities if you need them, only a roof restaurant and bar that opens at 4pm onwards.

Great location, great hotel. Room would benefit from tea and coffee making facilities and a TV!

Great location,ease of travel as trains at leicester square station or a short walk to charing cross,ideal location especially if going to the theatre, hotel was ok not really what we are used to , room is small NO TV , NO COFFEE facilities which is a shame , room was clean, shower was nice , we was on level one even though the hotel was soundproofed all i could hear was the underground trains coming in every 3- 4mins as the hotel was obviously ontop of the underground so didnt really sleep well as a light sleeper,

Really loved my stay here! Bed was super comfy! Room clean and quite despite being in the center of London. Would recommend! Also has a lovely low key sky bar up top!

Perfect location for a short visit. The rooms are OK but the beds are quite narrow. Staff are helpful. Take a drink or dinner in the Rooftop Garden - spectacular view.

Good choice for West end, clean modern, if a bit cramped. Only thing missing from the room was a TV, but you don't choose this location to stay in the room.

Very nice hotel! Good location and convenient transportation. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the subway. The room was clean and tidy, exceeding the average level of local hotels!
