I moved here from the travelodge next door. In comparison, I feel like this place is like heaven. It is clean, bright, tidy, air-conditioned and has services. Before booking, we went to the front desk and asked if we could have a look at the room. The little girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic and took us to an empty room to have a rough look at the room size and facilities. After I went back, I compared the price on Hilton's official website with the price on Ctrip and made a decision. I arrived early on the day of check-in, and the luggage storage was smooth and the locked storage room made me feel at ease. In London, near the subway, a hotel with such price and space is very cost-effective.

This is my first time staying at a Hilton hotel. I am very satisfied. There is champagne and fruit at the front desk. You can see the London Eye directly from the room. The neighborhood is very quiet. The steak in the restaurant downstairs is not delicious. Don’t step on the wrong side. It is very close to many attractions. Highly recommended.

The front desk was very welcoming and the concierge guy was very nice. He was very enthusiastic to help us find the way. The breakfast was also rich, but there were a lot of people and we had to queue up for coffee. I really recommend this hotel.

Very nice place

I booked this room because it was close to the Old Vic theatre. My father has mobility problems and it’s only a short walk. Great location for busy Waterloo. The room was ok. We didn’t get the exact booking we made, and the hotel tried to trick us into thinking we had an upgrade at the desk. Food was good at the restaurant and the serving staff made a special effort at Christmas time. But it’s London, so it’s expensive!

Well, I booked this trip for myself and my 4 children in October and paid in full. Little did I know last Wednesday when I arrived in London that they had booked me two queen rooms (1 queen bed). I was adamant when booking on trip.com that I had entered all 5 details and ages of all of us. Anyway, the manager had little sympathy considering I was standing in reception £1700 pounds down, and she was looking for another £240 x 3 for a third room. When I informed her that this was not possible, she agreed to charge me £80 per night times 3 = £240 to sleep on a couch. I kid you not. I slept on the couch. See the picture below. The level of customer service from the hotel was dreadful. The holiday at that point was not starting like the treat I was hoping for. I also had to ask three times if room service could make up the couch as a bed.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is also very convenient to get to the hotel from the airport by subway. The front desk staff was very nice. Not only did they provide early check-in, they also provided a room with a London Eye view. The room is relatively small but adequate. The hotel's breakfast is relatively rich, but there are too few vegetable varieties. For short-term travel, it is still highly recommended.

Very good location with bus stops in front. The stay was pleasant. Breakfast was good and worth it. Only area I would recommend improving is providing water in the rooms.

The room is very clean, and the bathroom in the barrier-free room is very large. It is recommended to improve the bathroom floor tiles to be non-slip, otherwise the water splashed after taking a shower will easily cause people to slip. You can also see the London Eye and it's close to the subway.
