I am happy with the hotel. Very near many trains and buses. Many food area around the hotel too. Room is decent, and meets all my needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel looks new is pretty clean. I would stay here again. Highly Recommended

The bed is very small, right on top of the child, the walls are all dirty, there is a hole in the door from a blow out

Room & bathroom are tiny.. just nice for the bed, not much space left for the luggage.. location is great, near Paddington station walking distance to Hyde park.

The worst kind of hotel we have ever stayed. No friendly staffs nor service. They charged for luggages for safekeeping before check in and after check out and they didn't even bother to carry the luggages they charged to be kept in the store room. The hotel room is too small that our two luggages cannot be fit in properly. The shower is too small for 150 lb adult to enjoy the shower. This hotel is worn down with not happy staffs. The hotel beds are squeaky and the only good thing about this hotel is the location near to Paddington station. Please find another hotel elsewhere.

The location of this hotel is perfect, but the room is very small. You can get a better room nearby area with the same amount of money.

I booked to stay here one night in a single room. I chose it partly as I like the name haha. The staff were helpful and the hotel is ideal for those visiting London for a short stay, with Paddington station just up the road and easy access to everything in town. I also recommend a meal at Bizarro Italian restaurant towards the station, just up on the left! My main compaint is that the TVs were not working. I was offered to change room because of this but they still couldn't fix it and would have been nice to watch TV as I didn't stay out late. However, they were newly installed and the instructions not in English! My second room also smelled a little. The best things were hot water in the shower, lots of tea and coffee in the room and best of all, the continental breakfast! Fresh, hot bread, meat and cheese, pastries, fruit, yoghurt (including plain) and so on. Full marks for this! I also noticed a bar where you can enjoy a nightcap after a busy day. So in general I think this is a very decent option and I wouldn't rule out a return visit.

Good hotel with great distance to train and shops. Room bit small but nice. Hopefully, they replaced the pillows soon. It getting thinner.

the door is so old that there is an obvious gap between ground and door. I am scared so I can't close the light when I am sleeping. Also, the cleaner starts when 9 am. It's really annoying. It's a bad journey.

Nice and classic hotel to visit in Brighton. Brighton Beach is just at the doorstep. Great location to tour around town:)

Everyone was friendly and had a really smooth check in and out . Had a lovely stay. Will back again x

The hotel is clean overall, and the front desk is helpful. However, the room is a bit old and small.
