hotel charmimg and staff very professionl and gentle. the cleaning and all the covid-19 measures are taken very seriously. recommended.

The structure is very nice externally and the staff at the reception are polite. The sore point are the rooms, at least the one that has been reserved and that I booked at a really convenient price. When you enter you immediately perceive that you are not fully in a 4-star hotel. Essential, sp**** furniture, dated TV and the size of a computer monitor, good but not exceptional cleanliness, double room with only one additional pillow instead of two, essential for the quality and consistency of those "supplied" which are really thin , bathroom radiator left closed. On the other hand, the room was very well heated. In short, if it were a 2 star it would be excellent, for a 3 star it would be adequate, but for a 4 star we are not there, we have to adapt. Breakfast without praise and without infamy.

A very comfortable and welcoming hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room had a beautiful ocean view and it was spacious with a comfy bed. Cleanliness standards were excellent all around. Food was delicious. We were reluctant to leave.

Me and my wife were visiting family and we opted to stay at this hotel. And it was great, peaceful, quiet and very close the town. Will definitely visit again when in the area

Not helpful with local events . Advertised laundry facilities but had none, no outlets near bedside

Situated on the hill just across famous cathedral build over the Holy House. Only 20 min walk to central plaza with all the religious objects and restaurants.Good price,nice room and tasty breakfast.

San Francesco could be a real gem of Loreto--great staff, perfect location--but the owner needs to spend good money to improve the physical building itself--power wash, clean mold, then paint would be priority.

Had a great stay at Hotel San Francesco. The concierge staff are very pleasant & helpful. Room is big and clean. Location is great. Free internet but unfortunately , connection was down during our stay.

The staff were super friendly and nice. Spoke English very well. Unfortunately we were told that there is no air conditioning every other week due to some local law. So, we did not have air conditioning. Property was a bit old too.

Plenty of parking, great breakfast, amazing staff, and convenient to all we wanted to do! The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful view of the Adriatic and surrounding countryside. An overall lovely stay!

Dreadful place. When we checked in, the front desk was cordial but the experience went down from there. The room was very simple;however, the ‘king’ bed was two twin beds pushed together and the mattresses were like cots. The room was hot & stuffy, and when I called the front desk to inquire how to turn on the air conditioning, I was told the AC wouldn’t be ‘turned on’ by the staff until June. We opened a window and the highway noise was loud. Insects flew into the room throughout the night. No hot water in the shower. The dinner was not up to most Italian standards with a hamburger meat sauce over noodles. The oil and vinegar for the salad was in tiny plastic packages that were hard to open. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. After a night of no sleep, we were happy to check out.
