我有10多年住酒店經驗，這是我有史以來見過最差的，沒有之一，過年期間確實是房間爆滿，但當我提出問題想要更換的時候，前台說沒有辦法更換了，我想退，前台將責任推到平台，平台又沒有接電話，我睡在一間屎臭熏天的房間裏面！絕對沒有誇張！隔音很差，床單被鋪根本就沒有洗過！

前台態度很差，跟欠了她錢一樣，多説一句話就特別不耐煩，整個辦入住的過程都讓人特別不愉快，房間有煙味，房間與房間的隔音還不錯，水管沒做隔音，樓上用水聲音很大

強烈不建議訂這間，樓下四樓就是ktv ，樓上是住宿，哪有這樣的設計，凌晨一兩點還在蹦蹦迪，誰能睡得着。

凌晨2點還感覺整棟樓KTV在蹦迪，酒店位於郊區，叫個外賣都太遠，廁所下水比較吵，房間網絡差。刷的評論吧。
