Came in in my room the door was unlocked as if someone had entered the room and left the door unlocked wouldn't stay there again I felt very unsafe

The room I was originally given was trashed. Cobwebs on ceiling lots of hairs and stains in the bed, shower was cracked and moldy. Wall damaged where picture was missing, chair was ripped. They moved me to another room, i had to shower with something wedged under the shower drain as it wouldn’t stay open. This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had and if I had my family with me I would have left.

Staff were excellent . Hotel VERY tired. Room clean , comfortable bed , sheets and towels very clean. mold in bathroom and around tub . Ice machine not working and that room moldy and dirty . Didn’t try the breakfast .

They don't inform you that when you pay with a card they take out the room rate plus extra $100 and hold it for up to a week. It makes it hard on people whenever trying to keep the correct balance on their books

The prope4ty was clean however there was a handprint on the bathroom door that was red?? And no emergency p9ck on the door

Easy check in. Very accommodating for my late arrival. Accessible room size was perfect. Clean comfortable bed. Room warmed up quickly, but traveled with my heated throw nust in case. No hot water. Barely warm so at least the room was warm when I got out of the shower. Slept well. Easy ride to breakfast. Had to unplug the fridge as it was very loud. Freezer needs defrosting but I had no time or we would have tried to do it. Will stay when in Lumberton again.

The location was good...just off I95. Room was tired looking, bedding was old looking and bathroom was very dated. The place was very run down looking.

The space outside the entrance to our room was littered with cigarette butts. The chair in the room had shredded material. The hotel clerk was very pleasant.

The walls were filthy, needed to be painted. The bathtub was filthy, very old the room smelled like cigarettes, stains on the bedspread, cigarette butts outside the door all over the place.

Arrived late and exhausted. Greeted by a really nice lady. Checked in and went to my room to find it not so clean. I felt like the area of the hotel could be in a ruff community. I felt better when we left the next morning. They had a breakfast by 6 but was mostly a cold one.

Unit 105 was very unclean. It smelled bad in there when we first entered. The bathroom was not sanitary and there were bugs flying around and a used towel on the hung on the door. We realize that since we were traveling with our pet we would not get a premium room but this was very bad.

It is a bare reasonable place to spend a night on the way somewhere. Low priced so you get what you pay for. No c

The motel is a bit dated. Odd smell was evident in the room. Towels were basic but clean. Bedding is comfortable. There are many dead insects in the light fixture in the bathroom and the tub does not drain well while you shower. The mini fridge froze the small amount of food we put in it overnight due to a missing door on the small freezer compartment within it. Staff was friendly. The free breakfast is minimal but it is free. Parking is right outside your room and it is well lit. .

The smell was horrendous. It was Gagging, the room was filthy, floor was filthy. There was no soap in the bathroom. I am very disappointed with Choice hotels. When i complained about the smell the clerk just gave me bathroom cleaner spray? I want a refund.
