Ambassador Self Check-in Hotel Reviews

The self check-in takes a little time to get use to. It is quite simple and easy to find the room booking. The location is very convenient and 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to most of the attractions. There are rooms that you can get good views of the mountains too.

Room was nice and clean and breakfast was good. Hotel is at a corner, next to coop. No air corn but there is a fan.

Not much to complain about for the price. Basic hotel with the necessities and a fan for the summer heat (though you might need to get kettle from the reception, it's not in the room by default). Breakfast spread was decent, and supermarket is nearby. Self check-in was easy and you will pay the hotel tax whilst checking in. I even managed to check-in earlier as the room was already available in the system (a few luggage lockers are also available right beside the check-in system, if you need).

Toilet is good but the bedroom is too small．TY is small too!

Had a hard time trying to locate the hotel and do self check-in. Room is basically clean. However, we are not used to the heater in the room as it did not seem to be working though switched to the max. Kettle is not provided but is still available upon request. Breakfast is good. Friendly restaurant staff.

I really loved the place! Really clean and modern! The bed was comfy and the pillows were really soft. Breakfast was super great too. The location is just walking distance from the station and there are plenty bus stops right in front too. I would go again!

Close to Lucerne train station, walkable, very close to the lake, although self-service check-in, if there is a problem, there is a staff not far away to help, the restaurant is good
