Service was great and the check-in and check-in experiences were very seamless. Staffs were super helpful and friendly. The family suite is huge, spacious, clean and comfortable. The fruits, drinks and snacks are complimentary which is a plus point. The bakery shop inside the hotel sells amazing and fresh pastries and coffees at affordable prices. There are free shuttle buses available to go to the airport. Most importantly, there are multiple bus stops at the entrance of the hotel which will go to The Venetian, Taipa Village, Coloane Village and many more. It is also within walking distance to Senado Square and Ruins of St Paul. Highly recommended to go for this hotel when visiting Macau.

Great hotel with a good service. Close to the centre of macau and the bridge linking the northern and southern half. Lots to do around the hotel. Clean and and spacious rooms; although a little dates. Overall highly recommend.

The beds are great for sleeping but sheet are are a bit itchy at first. Overall, We did have good sleep.

Location was in Central Macau and walking distance to a lot of places. Had shuttle buses too. On the day of check out I stored my luggage and went to continue my day in Macau. After collecting, I wanted to go to the ferry terminal and this staff led me all the way to the waiting area which was really great service, but I didn't get the chance to get his name. Thank you for the great service!

This is a unique and historical hotel in Macau. It is located in the middle of Macau, all within walking distance to major attractions and historical site. The room is huge, comfy with all the luxury amenities on offer. Love the bath / shower with foot massage in the ensuite bathroom. Will definitely return in the future.

This hotel is located in the core downtown area of Macau Peninsula. However, the hotel's hardware facilities belong to an old historical hotel, but the overall appearance is still old-fashioned. Moreover, the interior contains a large number of historical antiques. Hotel Receptionist delivered a room upgrading. The concierges asked guests about their needs and provide assistance proactively.

I was there 30yrs ago and I did not expect it to be even better now as I stay there last week and had some issue which Leonard chan Director of Rooms and Belle help us and solve the issue thanks to both of them with a customer in mind positive attitude
