Property was perfectly located for the event we were attending. The property is nice and clean. The bathrooms could use updating.

My daughter and I went for a college visit. The staff was extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfy. It was great to have a Starbucks and restaurant right there. The location was walkable to everything we needed. The pool wasn’t open but they had a cute outside area to hang out which is where we did until our flight home.

I reserved and paid ahead of time for a king size bed and I received a room with two queen beds. The beds we smelly and they were so uncomfortable. I will not pay for water and they had water in the room that had a note that said it was $3.50 for the water. I will say the gentleman that checked me in was great and the young men at the valet were very nice. I will not drink Starbucks coffee and I will not use the coffee pots in the hotel rooms. They are disgusting.

I enjoyed the overall stay at the hotel. It was very clean and the staff was kind and professional. The only downside is they advertise parking at $30 a day and I was charged over $85 in total and on top of that, I was charged an additional $23 randomly from the hotel when we only purchased 2 cokes that should’ve been $9 so just make sure you checking the pricing on things before booking. And still haven’t received a receipt from the hotel.

Air wasn’t working properly in the room even after we had maintenance come. The air wouldn’t stay on so it was hot in the room. In addition to this, at 6:30am i wake up to someone trying to force themself into my room. It was a large drunk man pushing on the door and trying to bust it down. I woke my boyfriend up to go to the door and he was telling the guy he was at the wrong room. The guy was trying to break through the safety latch. Finally he left, but we were unable to go back to sleep so we just left the hotel. Terrible experience overall.

The location was great, and the employees were friendly, but the hotel room was not worth the cost compared to other places that I have stayed in Knoxville. The bathtub was clogged and dirty because of that. The bed was uncomfortable. There was no microwave in the room. I paid for the convenience of being downtown.

What I wanted to let them know is that the sink leaked. The room was clean and comfortable, just the issue with the sink every time I turned it on. It sprayed all over the counter and leaked all over the counter top. Other than that, all was good.

Very comfortable room and easy walk to the square. We were there for a concert at the Tennessee Theater and it was a very short walk. I don't think it's right they charge $30 to park at the hotels garage. We went right around the corner and parked for free "on weekends" at the Locust street garage.

Staff was great and friendly. Everyone was helpful, restaurant in the hotel was pretty good too. There’s a Starbucks right down in the lobby too if that’s your thing. 24/7 little pantry and gift shop. Tub in the bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner and the whole room could be a little updated, but otherwise everything was great, convenient, and affordable.

The staff were amazing - check in was a breeze. The hotel is a little dated but very clean. Very convenient to downtown and close the to the Tennessee Theater.

Unfortunately our room smelled like “sewer” (bathroom related ) we Had to switch rooms … in addition the workers brought in very strong chemicals (no fan in the bathroom) so the chemicals spread throughout the space of the entire bedroom. The front desk (I felt) was NOT “sympathetic” we Both have mild asthma.. and by the time we switched rooms my eyes were burning . I had to explain to her (manager on call ) what our situation was instead passed the blame on us as the “plumbers / techs” made Us look like the problem … long story short .. not impressed!!

We had a great stay at the Hilton in Knoxville. Everything about the stay was excellent. The only downside was they woke us up at 8 o’clock for housekeeping, apart from that great stay

Yes the staff was friendly and the room was clean but for the same money you can find a lot better. The place is old, from the moment you step into the elevator to the room, it needs a serious remodeling. And the “hotel guests reserved” parking lot… 30$… I’m confused, am I really the guest?
