If you want a flexible hotel don’t book here. I couldn’t enter Vietnam due to visa issues and this hotel was unwilling to cancel/ refund me for not being able to enter the country. There are better options to spend your money. Don’t go here.

Excellent hotel, nice interior, friendly staff. Despite the noisy streets around, the room was very quiet (the window was on a small internal atrium). Comfortable bed.

I couldn't lock the door from the inside. It would have been nice if they could lend me an adapter or charger for my iPhone, etc. They confirmed my transportation back and gave me lots of advice. I was very grateful.

The location is in an alley. The room I booked was an executive suite, but it was much smaller than the exquisite suite I stayed in the day before! The location is convenient for eating and shopping.

The hotel has a good location and good service. I will choose to stay here again!

This hotel is magnificent! The staff were just amazing and really looked after me! The rooms were so lovely and cosy and the hotel is in a great location! I will most definitely stay again when back! Ms Chu was incredible and so friendly, she made my stay just the best - thank you :-)

Staff were beautiful and extremely accommodating...The rooms were spacious and very clean ..breakfast was Devine!!....Location made it easy to get around felt quite central and a short walk from the famous Train Street.. Highly recommend..

WARNING. Do not use this hotel, very poor service from staff , all they want to do is sell their tours and sim cards.. I purchased a sim card from reception, was told I would receive 4 GB per day for 30 days worked fine while we were there in Hanoi but had 4 weeks in Vietnam visiting various destinations. After 10 days received a warning I had used 2.6 GB of data which was impossible. Tried to sort out but all messages and phone calls were in Vietnamize . Tried to get staff in hotels we were in to help , they could not. Phoned Babylon Hotel to explain they didn't want to know or help resolve this problem, they got my money that was all they were interested in. AFTER 17 DAYS , A WARNING I HAD USED 2.75 GB of data. then stopped working completely. Was told I would get 4GB per day , didn't even get more than 2.76 GB. DONT BELEIVE WHAT THEY TELL YOU.

Excellent location where most restaurants that we want to visit are within walking distance. Hotel also provides great local food recommendations for tourists to try and enjoy. Staff are all very friendly, helpful and remembers the guests. They greet every guest walking through the lobby with a genuine smile on their faces. Cleanliness of the hotel is spotless and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast consist of buffet and cook on order dishes. Decent variety love their pork porride and banana pancak. Had it everyday. Hotel also provides takeaway breakfast if you inform that you have a day trip starting before their breakfast starts. The takeaway set consists of sandwich, egg and fruits, giving you enough fuel to start your day right. Just a note that location is near local rubbish collection point in the night and the spa services could be better.

We do enjoy our stay at Babylon Premium hotel, We can feel the sincere Vietnamese hospitality from the hotel staff , Specially Chu the receptionist who helped us to book the Halong bay cruise and keep checking on us making sure everything is okay. Definitely we will stay in this hotel again.

I had a fantastic stay at Babylon Premium Hotel! The rooms were clean, with comfortable beds, and exactly what I needed. It's a great location amongst the buzziness of Hanoi old quarter and close to local shops / restaurants. I organised my stay at the hotel a few months in advance, and Tony helped organise 3 nights over a week coming to and from tours leaving Hanoi. They also arranged a Sapa tour for me and it went very smoothly with a good iteinary. It made my visit to Hanoi much easier to plan and really helped me have a good trip. The staff at Babylon are welcoming, and helped to navigate my solo travel in Hanoi. I appreciate all the support from the team Babylon and would highly recommend staying. I'll certainly go back should I visit Hanoi again!

Babylon Premium is a friendly, clean, cosy hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. A silent & calm oasis in the middle of the VUCA old town of Hanoi. All the important tourist attractions of the old town is in a walking distance. And if you want to see the other attractions around (like Halong Bay, Ninh Binh), Tony the travel manager will surely find you the best price/quality solutions for your individual needs.

This was an excellent hotel. It was in a great location. A grocery store, other stores, two pharmacies, an ATM, and several restaurants were within walking distance. We had a room with a balcony, and the room was clean and spacious. We were able to have laundry done at a very reasonable price, and the turn around time was quick. Staff at the hotel were able to hire a private driver for us. The food at breakfast was good and plentiful, and both buffet and cook to order items were available. The best part of this hotel was the people who work there. Chu, Vivian, Son, and David were all friendly and helpful as was the woman who made breakfast. My wife had a great massage and facial done by Huong. The highlight of the staff for us were Mary, Lily, and Nam. They were so kind to us and really seemed to go above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We have been fortunate to travel all around the world, and they were some of the most personable people with whom we have come into contact.
