The location is central. The hotel Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread is one of the best among the VN hotels I stayed. The room is standard size but with all the amenities. Internet connection is very good.

Convenient. Room is a bit old but overall is good. Service from the young boy (bellboy) was very good and the whole team always have a smile on their face. Lovely experience

If you want a flexible hotel don’t book here. I couldn’t enter Vietnam due to visa issues and this hotel was unwilling to cancel/ refund me for not being able to enter the country. There are better options to spend your money. Don’t go here.

Excellent hotel, nice interior, friendly staff. Despite the noisy streets around, the room was very quiet (the window was on a small internal atrium). Comfortable bed.

I couldn't lock the door from the inside. It would have been nice if they could lend me an adapter or charger for my iPhone, etc. They confirmed my transportation back and gave me lots of advice. I was very grateful.

The location is in an alley. The room I booked was an executive suite, but it was much smaller than the exquisite suite I stayed in the day before! The location is convenient for eating and shopping.

The hotel has a good location and good service. I will choose to stay here again!

The location is good in Hanoi, you can walk everywhere.

Quaint boutique hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is good, right in the middle of old quarter. Plenty of eateries around. Breakfast choice isn't a lot but was delicious and adequate. The room we had was spacious and clean.

Very nice small hotel in the old town, really friendly and helpful staff. Helped to organise some great trips. Cimfortable rooms, good breakfast. They also gave us many useful tipps about Hanoi and many other things. I offer them really much!

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was a lovely and comfortable stay. The breakfast had good variety, the staff were all super helpful and friendly. Lily and Mary helped us out often - when we wanted to book a spa treatment, organise taxi to the airport, provide recommendations, etc. The room were as expected. There was an issue with the sink draining but they were super helpful with getting it fixed. If we needed anything, they were always prompt and polite. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

The hotel is very well located, close to the hustle bustle of the old quarter but somehow the room was quiet and peaceful. We had a room with a large balcony at the front of the hotel which was a great place to watch the daily life of the city. The staff here were all very friendly and helpful. Mr Tony was really helpful in organising a Halong Bay cruise for us. The room was comfortable and a good size. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast was adequate with a limited choice, but to be fair, for a hotel of this size (about 25/30 rooms) it was what you'd expect. Definitely a great base for exploring Hanoi, we'd stay here again.

Great experience, in particular the staff. They were very supportive, I had a huge delay on my flight and they keep in touch to make sure I had my transfer to the hotel. They took care of transfer and also very good suggestions for tour. The rooms were good, well located and nicely decorated.
