We are sorry that the unusual weather conditions during your stay affected your experience. Unfortunately, such events are beyond our control, but we always do our best to assist our guests whenever unexpected situations arise. Regarding the wedding celebration, we understand that the atmosphere may feel different when a larger group is staying at the property, and for this reasons private events are always organized on an exclusive-use basis so the entire property is reserved for the event, precisely to ensure that individual guests are never disturbed by a group. While check-out is at 11:00 AM, guests are welcome to continue enjoying our facilities and spend the remainder of the day at our Beach Club, allowing them to make the most of their time in Puglia before their departure. As for transportation, taxi services in our area are operated by independent local providers and their rates are set outside of our control. Puglia is a region where most residents rely on private cars, and taxi services are relatively limited compared to larger cities. For this reason, we often recommend renting a car to enjoy the area with greater flexibility. We also offer complimentary transfers to our Beach Club, allowing guests to enjoy the seaside without needing additional transportation. Thank you once again for your feedback.
