The most incredible place I have ever been. I highly recommend staying at Calderisi but also hosting a wedding here! From the moment we began communicating with Elena, Elio and their staff, I felt so at ease, taken care of and like I made new friends, they went way above and beyond for us. I was so sad to leave, I could have stayed forever! This place is beautiful, well taken care of, amazing staff, the chef cares deeply about the cuisine and prepares the most delicious food. The wedding started with a welcome dinner then on to wedding festivities and closed with a beach celebration and lunch. Every single guest was AMAZED by the ambiance, cuisine and friendliness of the staff. 2 amazing people, Elio and Elena, were our main contacts and I would come back just to see them! Incredible place. Amazing people. Delicious food. A MUST for anyone vision Puglia.

This property provides guests with a great hospitality experience. The rooms are immaculate and nicely appointed with an ample bathroom. With approximately 24 rooms, the hotel provides a boutique experience in the most robust way. The food and the dining staff headed by Nikko are terrific. We had the pleasure of dining there three evenings and also taking a cooking lesson from their head chef that included making pizza in a 300 year old plus wood burning oven. Lunches by the pool and breakfast were terrific. The hotel’s beach club was also very nice with a DJ that plays great music throughout the day. The hotel pool proved to be terrific for swimming laps. The grounds of the property are well maintained and captures the theme of the region. We would definitely return.

Beautiful rooms however third bed in suite was a mattress on a cement slab. Very uncomfortable and person couldn’t sleep due to poor window treatments in living room area. Food was not great and there were flies everywhere. Very unsanitary to eat with flies in your face and food. They were also around the pool. Property was beautiful but remote. Beach area was beautiful too. Not sure they or the bride did a beautiful job with the wedding we attended.

Our stay at Masseria Calderisi was absolutely perfect. The masseria is beautiful and it’s clear to see the attention to detail that was implemented in both the landscaping and interior design. But beyond the masseria’s beauty, what truly made our stay there so incredible was the staff. Every member of the staff that we encountered was genuinely so kind and welcoming that by the end of the trip we truly felt like they were a part of our family. This was our first big international trip with our 4 month old daughter and everyone took special care to ensure she was comfortable. The reception staff knew we were getting in late so they set up a crib for her, helped with her laundry, and even brought us dish soap so we could wash her bottles every night. Best of all, every morning Tomasso went out of his way to play with her at breakfast. Our stay at the masseria was so wonderful we actually ended up canceling the third leg of our trip and to stay two more nights. We cannot wait to return one day. Thank you so much to all ❤️

Everything in Calderisi is superb. Thanks to Diego for his effort to reserve a fine dining for us. Staff’ hospitality is excellent, will do the best they can to please us. Room and bathroom is clean. They will tidy our room twice a day. We love the design of the masseria, makes us feels at home. Every corner of the masseria is beautiful.

This hotel is like walking into a fairytale. So beautiful. The rooms are large, clean and lovely. The staff are all so very friendly and helpful. The pool is just gorgeous with a great outdoor bar. We found it close to everything but you must hire a car. The breakfasts and dinners are so yummy and traditional Italian. I can not recommend this hotel enough.

Staying in Calderisi is always a pleasure. Now with their new beach club, our stay is even more enjoyable. Its beautifully decorated, washed away wood, moroccan inspired lounge to chill and livley colored table settings. Just the perfect touch for relaxing beach vibes. The beach chairs are also more comfy and the beach is much better than before, not stony. Service is always friendly , accomodating and its lovely to see the same staff you know from your previous stays. Its makes more like “feel at home” armosphere. Thank you for this fabulous, relaxing stay like always.

This hotel and entire property is beautiful and calm and serene. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The front desk planned outings for us to all of the places we wanted to see since we didn’t have our own car and gave great restaurant suggestions. We also ate on property and all of the food we had including the festival night was all delicious. Our room was great, a huge spacious shower and the ac worked great to keep cool in the extreme heat of the summer! The transportation to the beach club was easy and the beach club itself is so nice! Definitely would recommend staying here!

Beautiful grounds, extremely friendly staff and amazing foods. We spent 3 days at Masseria Calderisi near the end of the 2023 summer season. It was the best part of our 2 week trip in Apulia. The rooms are very well decorated and the ammenities on site (from the spa and gym to the free bikes) were all fantastic.

A wonderful Masseria. Excellent service, great food, comfortable rooms, nice swimming poo. Just totally relaxing. Shuttle to the beach worked great and nice day trips available in Puglia. Would love to return.

Everything at the Masseria is thoughtful, curated and beautiful. The service is wonderful and the food was fantastic. The property pool was great and we enjoyed the opportunity to visit the beach club as well. The front desk and concierge had great recommendations of places to go, eat, visit throughout Puglia. Overall, we had a great stay and I would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing and luxurious stay in Puglia.

Our stay at Masseria Calderisi was a Puglian delight. From the moment we entered, we were greeted by the staff (early, as it was 10am and our check-in was not until 3pm), we were given a tour of the property and able to enjoy the facilities straight away which made us feel warm and welcome. Beyond caring service, we spent hours relaxing by their large pool, and also *rare* sandy beach club with comfy lounges. 6:30 pm cocktail hour on the Moroccan-style patio was filled with wonderful music and vibes. The ambiance is world-class, with fresh pasta and seafood served up every night. Go on the boat tour they offer! Rooms are spacious, simple, and elegantly designed. Attention to detail is world-class, simple touches like returning from the day to a bottle of wine and fruit spear. Grazie to the entire staff, we will be back!

We absolutely adore this place! There is such a special feeling when you step onto the property - one that's often missing at hotels. Masseria Calderisi maintains its sense of authenticity and respect for the original masseria (preserving the consecrated chapel, olive groves that still produce olive oil, fruit trees used to make jams, the ancient olive oil mill, the happy and friendly animals) while providing a truly 5 star experience for its guests. The grounds are perfectly maintained and beautiful, the food is delicious, the cocktails are expertly crafted, and the service is flawless and welcoming. Calderisi perfectly blends history, stunning nature, and modern luxury. Even the entry level rooms offer spacious sitting areas, private gardens, top of the line linens, and luxury bath products. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and we can't wait to go back!

Masseria Calderisi is a jewel in the crown of Puglia. The staff were exceptional, making sure we had a unique experience, going over and beyond, making us feel a part of their family. The property itself was beautiful, well maintained with stunning attention to detail. The food locally sourced, prepared and presented was delicious. We would highly recommend Masseria Calderisi for your next stay!
