The hotel is in a good area… hotel itself is outdated and could use some renovations. The pool area is small but was still a good time.

We arrived at the Bahia and when we went to check in the line up was huge and we were told that they had a new computer program for registering guests and it was a bit slow. They also only had 2 customer service reps checking in guests. We did not know it was March Break and the pool area was jammed packed with people and there was no room to sit around the pool. The restaurant was crowded and the floor and chairs were wet. The next day the line up for coffee was at least 10 people long with only 1 person serving. If I was to go back to that hotel I would not go during March Break and I would like to stay in the new section and not the old section

I booked a room for three adults. They gave us a room with two double rooms. They refused to fix the issue, three adult men had to share two double beds. They had rooms available that they could have comped but refused to accomadate us.

Not one person that worked there had a smile on their face or was friendly or helpful

Do not stay in the motel rooms which are garden view they are awful Stains , holes

One of the worst experiences during check in, starting by being badly treated by valet parking guys once explained we'll park by ourselves, then at the reception by not interested girl that wanted to take double payment. Totally different experience during check out - another girl was super kind but promised an invoice was never sent to us. Hotel is nice, well located, but do not expect nothing really particular

Bahia Mar was a nice hotel. Check in was easy and the room itself was comfortable. There is an extra daily fee called Resort Fee Amenities that we were surprised to see at check out. I’d definitely suggest to ask about this to avoid a shock later on.

The location was great because it was right off the beach but it wasn’t as great the experience. First they have hidden charges they don’t tell you online when you are booking the hotel, you only find out about the charge right when you finish paying (like the hotel $40 fee) and when you are checking in they charge $48 for mandatory valet service if the $42 self parking is full. Additionally, we thought we were going to say in the big building as shown in the picture but no they made up stay in a smaller building across the parking lot. The rooms do not look like they do in the pictures, they are a lot smaller and not that nice. Overall I didn’t enjoy the hotel at all but now I know for next time

Very disappointed . Not clean at all, I had to change room 3 times.

The hotel is located in a nice location and beach front. The main issues are being a very old building and there is only valet parking. Also there are additional fees for everything. Breakfast does not worth $35 (without tip/service)

Staying was great, checking in quick

It was located right on the beach and had good accessibility. However, I was a little embarrassed because I paid over $40 per night in resort fees to the hotel, and this amount did not include sunbeds and parasols. Overall the service was good
