North Conway Mountain Inn Reviews

Had to clean spot off toilet seat. Rest of the room was clean and neat but a little dusty. Place is a bit dated, could use some remodeling, like fresh coat of paint, and replacing bent bathroom blinds with shade and curtains. Bed was very comfortable, which after all the traveling I have done was a very big surprise! I definitely will consider staying there again as desk manager was exceptionally cordial and helpful, location is very convenient, price was fair for the region, and above noted items are only minor issues.

Made last minute accommodations at the hotel. They closed before check in but had our room ready with the heat on for us. Staff is very helpful and friendly. View from our room was beautiful. Will stay again!

Close to downtown as well as the outlets (about half in between the two). Clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful views of the mountains from the balcony of the room too.

We found the stay to be warm and the owners to be very nice and hospitable. our daughter was having a baby and they just had a baby and were very exited for us. They took care of any request we had. Waking up in morning to the view with the snow was breath taking.

Nice room. Excellent views of the mountains. The heater was loud. No alarm clock no USB chargers. Overall very good.

Beautiful view from balcony. Older room, mattresses very flimsy, not the cleanest. But it worked for the night! Lots of things to do in the area and food

The woman who checked us in was exceptional. She was friendly and helpful with telling us what was in the area for food and entertainment, and made sure to give us some options that didn’t break the bank. The room was solid room for the two of us, nothing special, but what was really great was there was a beautiful view of the mountains with a balcony to sit on. Definitely worth the price and when we come back up to NH again, we will definitely consider this location.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable and the location was perfect.

We checked in late at 8:30pm the woman at the desk (Ann) was so very helpful. A not to travelers if your checking in after 9pm call ahead of time they have a different process for that.

Would definitely stay here again. Was a quick weekend getaway so worked for us. Beautiful views from the balcony. The place does need some updating and maintenance but for the price it was good.

The staff were amazing and gave us amazing recommendations of great restaurants and things to do in town. The view was amazing complete with a balcony even on the first floor! This is a no frills hotel but you can’t beat it for the price and the service! 10/10 would stay again!

The property was clean and in line for the price paid. There were some issues the first night as we were on the first floor and the upstairs guest was very loud and pacing their room all night. This led to a completely sleepless night. When we checked in we were told there was no staff after 9 pm. The next day we spoke with Annie at the desk, who was amazing. Annie apologized and corrected the desk clerk from the night before and stated there is a manager nearby who is available for issues. Annie then helped us move our room and offered to comp us a night for a future stay because of the issue. The views are amazing and it is so close to everything in North Conway. Despite the issues with the other guest the stay was enjoyable overall.

The room was nice. It heated very well and had no trouble staying warm. The only thing that might have been done better was the bathroom floor could have been swept, but it was not sticky. The tub had a couple pieces of fuzz, but was clean otherwise. The inn is in a very good spot and very convenient. Great View!
