Very good hotel. Excellent room, excellent ambiance and good food. Calm atmosphere and excellent service. Very good front office and house keeping personals. Clean and neat surroundings. Really enjoyed stay. Will come again to stay in your beautiful place while visiting Kodugu.

The experience was on of a kind. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The entire check-in process was very smooth with warm welcome and a delightful taste of welcome drink. Rooms were cleaned everyday and all the amenitied ensured a restful stay. The pool water was too clean. The food was over the top. Highly recommend.

Hotel is simple and peaceful but well organized and comfortable. It has welcoming ambience and courteous and well mannered staff. It is conveniently located right opposite the Police ground. Hotel has 25 rooms , all on first floor, and categorised into 4 different types - Standard AC, Deluxe AC, Suite AC and Family. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Mr Antony from their reservation office in Bengaluru was especially helpful to me for room booking at a short notice. We, as two couples, stayed there for 3 nights - 1 night in the Family room and 2 nights in the 2 Standard AC rooms. Both the rooms had a balcony with a view. Family room was quite spacious and the balcony was also large.Please note that the hotel is within the city area and hence no close scenic or mountain view from its premises. Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises. Family room had 2 double beds, sofa, center table, 2 chairs, desk with the wall attached mirror, side table , closet with safe deposit box, Cable TV, tea/coffee maker and 2 glass bottles for drinking water. Complimentary Wi-Fi, toiletries, hair dryer and laundry services are available for all rooms. Rooms also have the ceiling fans in addition to the airconditioners. Main lobby area has a library cum travel desk room. Bar and multi-cuisine restaurant offer good seating arrangement and nice décor. Hotel also has the conference and banquet rooms which I did not see during my visit. We enjoyed our breakfast (included in the stay charge) on all three days. The hotel also has a separate area within its boundary which has the main swimming pool, separate pool for children, small sized family games room, Ayurvedic massage centre and Spa. Free parking is available in its medium sized paved and walled compound which has also got separate entry and exit doors. Distance to various sightseeing places are : Raja's Tomb - 1 km, Madikeri Fort - 2 kms, Raja Seat - 2 kms, Omkareshwara Temple - 2 Kms, Abbey Falls - 5 Kms, Mandalapatti - 18 Kms, Nisargadhama - 27 Kms, Harangi Dam - 33 Kms, Golden Temple Kushalnagar - 34 kms, Bhagamandala - 37 kms, Tala Kaveri - 45 kms,  Dubare Forest – 50 kms, Iruppu Falls - 76 kms, Nagarhole - 84 kms.Distance to Kannur airport - 95 kms. , Mangalore airport - 145 kms. , Bengaluru airport - 290 kms.,Mysuru railway station - 118 kms. I also have some minor suggestions for the hotel management. I felt that the front desk was not adequately lit. I would have preferred some signboard, in the hotel compound, showing the way to swimming pool and games room. Providing hand towel and putting night lamp/dim light bulb in the rooms could be thought about. They may also consider putting the small scissor to manage easy opening and generally managing the coffee/tea sachets from the top. The coffee sachets were practically difficult to open by hand. All in all we had a relaxing, safe and pleasant stay for our first visit to Coorg.

Good food .Good service at the restaurant.variety of dishes good .The booking interface however needs to be improved. Lazy and rude people who are not interested in explaining the room availability or tariff or even taking calls. This will reflect badly on your image over time. The location of the hotel is very convenient and local rickshaws available for self travel. Rooms are ok.nothing great.just about comfortable.

Pathetic Rooms, pathetic staff p Hotel. Booking person Ms. Anagaya was very rude with every customer. Unwelcoming gesture made us very upset. Coming to food they are serving 1 day old food. Repeating same menu everyday to save money. The plates were absolutely dirty. Also, if you are coming with family or couple you will be super disappointed. The pool was not at all maintained property. Being a boutique property It doesn't match with it reputation. It's more like a lodge or something. People please do see reviews before booking or you will end up like us. Thank you cheers.

This hotel is situated in the heart of madikkeri. This is a small sleepy town endowed with natural beauty. So you cannot expect five star accommodation. But this hotel is satisfying in more than many ways. The most important quality of this hotel is the warmth and friendliness of the staff. People in Karnataka towns are genuinely warm . Room is well maintained. Small complaints of house keeping are solved immediately and most important factor is the feeling of safety. Breakfast spread is decent enough to make both adults and kids happy. The staff takes personal care to get you fresh food and coffee from the live counter. The only complaint i have is the short breakfast time from 7.30 to 9.30. No body will be ready at this time in this place as most of them come to relax here and not for business. Attention to detail like a packet of biscuit in the coffee tray is what sets them apart from usual stays.

Staff very cooperative, we were 3 people and when requested they arranged extra bed for us. Rooms are well maintained Food is good. Bit far from main market but very peaceful. We enjoyed our 1night stay.

Stayed at the end of Aug 23.Excellent food, courteous staff, quiet atmosphere. A good place to stay. Near the main town, yet away from it. A good range of food in the buffet.Recommend highly for families.

Avoid by all means. The hotel management is a thief! While making a reservation trough Agoda I received a phone call, the system changed the dates of the reservation for the same night. It happened on the 28th August 2023. The reservation was for 5th to 7th November 2023. I informed the hotel and Agoda at once so they would change the reservation for the dates I was travelling to Madekeri. They refused. They just wanted to keep the money without giving the service. It is abominable!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff who ensured a seamless check-in process. The room exceeded my expectations; it was spacious, impeccably clean, and boasted. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities truly stood out

Returning back to this hotel after 22 years. The hospitality that a guest could experience is absolutely incredible. All the hotel staffs were very cooperative, welcoming and extremely courteous. Big thank you to all of them!! Only suggestion would be that if the breakfast timings can be changed it would be really great and if the hotel could have an elevator for senior citizens to move around it would be really helpful.

It's at the top with a big balcony, the price is also very affordable, the rooms are big enough to fit a family. The staffs are friendly and available almost all the time. The food is also yummy in the restaurant. I loved the breakfast too.

It was a wonderful stay with nice location, ambience and tasty food. The rooms were spacious and had ambient natural light with balcony. We had even tried the local cuisine bamboo shoot curry and akki roti which were awesome. The buffet breakfast was having lot of variety with north indian and south indian options, spices were optimal taking care of my kid also. Only a suggestion the muffins and banana cake could have been a little bit softer. I would definitely look to stay at Coorg international in my furture trips.
