It was a great hotel in a fine location. Easy to get to nearby attractions. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I loved my comfortable, quiet room with a balcony overlooking part of Gran Via. And the staff could not have been more welcoming. They let me check in at 10:30 a.m. when I was only expecting them to store my bag until the afternoon. Also, after I arrived in the room, a staff member set up an adorable film-themed welcome of Coke and movie snacks accompanied by a sweet note. I didn't get to check out the roof and pool, as I was there in Feb, but I'd love to stay here again in warmer weather -- or anytime. Thanks, Iberostar Gran Via for a lovely introduction to Madrid!

Staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and eggs are made to order your way. The location was great as we had access to a lot of the attractions and also felt very safe even at night. Will definitely be back.

Great overall experience. Central location, comfortable room - bed and shower in particular, scenic terrace. Good value and pleasant staff.

Amazing location in the middle of everything! On site restaurants are affordable and delicious. Our concierge Anthony was the best! Remembered our name and catered to every request some before we even asked! Like he was a mind reader! Can’t say enough on how much better our stay was due to Anthony and how well he took care of us. Really, everyone was super accommodating on the staff.

Property is very convenient to all I need. Staff was very friendy, helpful even before i told them the ******* VIP status. Highly recommendable!

This is an incredible hotel with an amazing staff. Great breakfast. We loved everything about this hotel except that it was noisy outside way after midnight but we did stay by Gran Via so it's understood.

The staff was super helpful when we arrived early and tired. The room was clean with quite a bit of sound proofing from the outdoor traffic. Great area, so much shopping, food, coffee right out the front door of the hotel. Metro is only a few minutes away. I would definitely stay here again.

This is not a 4 star property but rather a 3 star. There is no lobby, just a front desk. The hotel description was misleading. It was just ok. I wouldn’t stay there again particularly for the price.

Amazing property, the key word is location, location, this hotel is in the gran via, in the center of Madrid, easy walk to all the major attractions. The staff is also very friend and helpful.
