Picture reflects opposite of current cindition if the hotel, Shower drainage is clog, ac not cool enough for entire room. Ekevator broke down. I dont know your comoany rated the hotel that high.

Breakfast is not a buffet, it is Filipino breakfast delivered to the room. Very close to century city mall, there is a 7-11 next door.

Staff respects the customer and protects their privacy. One thing needs work is the hot water doesn't always work.

My room was fine i was situated at the back area of the hotel which is like i can sleep comfortably. But the wifi is fluctuating the FD staff and HK is very friendly as well the guard he even help me w/ my luggage and theres 7/11 beside and walking distance to a mall.

Price point is accurate. Good to stay for a night before you head back to the airport. Location is walking distance to the Makati night spots.

The location is the best 7-Eleven next door. You can also get cash from 7-Eleven ATMs. There is also an Asi Mart (Korean Mart) next to it. It's very convenient. It's a very good place to move because it's a key point in Makati. ^^- Facilities are not bad There is a water purifier in each hallway, so You can drink it with a kettle There is also coffee.
