The hotel is quite new, the staff is friendly, the location is near jonker walk but the walk is a bit far

There's parking available, +which is a plus point. The room was big and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good too. 10 minutes walk to Jonker streets. Overall it's a good stay.

We love Nine Hotel and the price is so affordable and valuable with the rooms that they provided. Just that one thing: the receptionist in this hotel not so friendly. Especially there’s one Chinese man, made us feel so unwelcome because when we are out there, hotel is like the place we go back to rest. But everytime we passed him by we felt very stressed. If receptionist can be more friendly it will be perfect for this hotel. Very nice hotel.

Comfort and clean.. Location close with famous satay celup

This hotel is based in town so convenient and many food outlets around. Also a plus point is we could walk to Jonker Walk in the evening. Enjoyed their Cafe which is superb , always with good beverages and snacks. Hard working and friendly staffs.

Nice boutique hotel in Melaka, around 15 mins walking to Jonker Street. Beautiful decorations, clean and spacious room.

The hotel was superb. It was big and very clean and it's located at the centre of the town. Very friendly and helpful staffs. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone who goes to melaka for holiday. I know I would.

The hotel is an old-fashioned building and should be regarded as a historical relic. Except the room has no windows, everything else is good. Very close to Jonker Street, within walking distance

Great location, parking is free. Room is nice and clean. Bathroom design is great, loved the rain shower and wooden vinyl flooring.

The room quality is above expectation. Room is spacious and equipped with basic faciltities rqmt, except that you have to iron your shirt, if needed outside your room. There is space for leisure reading and pantry opened for free coffee/tea. Parking is available just that is very tight for maneuvering. Location is bit off, in the range of 1kM from food stall etc. You may need to drive or taking grab. Overall, it is satisfactory and we do not hesitate to come back in future.
