Eden Resort and Suites, BW Premier Collection Reviews

Our family booked a stay last April 2023, so it was only natural to book this venue for our April 2024 PA trip. We were disappointed in the condition of the room because both closet doors were broken perhaps by the previous occupant. The photos tell the story and the front desk. The other issue involved the loud noise in the hallway made by unsupervised children going to or coming from the pool area around 8:45 ish.

It was a great hotel with great service! The food was good. I thought the cheesecake was very expensive and it was only a small slice. Other then that everything was wonderful.

I booked this hotel through Trip.com via a Google search. When I went to the hotel, they said they did not receive the confirmation. The next morning I was charged by both the hotel and trip.com. I was double charged. And the hotel tries to call and get things straightened out Trip.com pushes them away no help. When I call I get the same thing. I need my money back. You're stealing it. I am told it was done through another vendor or something. That's not my problem. I am the customer I paid through you. Take care of it please, so I can use your service again .

Lancaster is a nice hotel, and the hotel's meals are not bad.

Great winter getaway! Indoor pool room came in handy. They were doing construction on a few of the rooms across from us though. It got s little noisy from that.

My only criticism is that housekeeping entered my room before checkout while I was sleeping. Other than that, I thought it was a very nice property.

I didn’t like the attitude of the housekeeping when it was time for checkout. Everything else was lovely though, wish the pool stayed open longer though.

Road Noise Was Loud When I Stayed In The Villa. But Great Place To Stay, Will Be Visiting Again In The Summer.

There were smoking stations just outside the doors that you had to walk through getting in and out of the hotel. The elevator reeked like smoke regardless of time of day.

My wife and I stayed to celebrate my 69th birthday. We never left the resort because everything we needed was there. A comfortable room, an indoor pool, restaurant for breakfast and dinner and a friendly bar for some beverages. Couldn't have asked for anything more!!!

We got breakfast and waited for 30 mins to be served. Fruit was bad. Room was fine but our “window” opened to the ballroom. I specifically opted a room that did not have this distinction

The property itself is beautiful. The grounds need to cleaned better from the snow. Very slippery and not enough parking.
