The room is OK, with a small window and a very noisy window air conditioner. The problem is your service. Check-in is at 2pm, and you charge 1200p two hours in advance. Boss, you are almost robbing me.

Obviously dishonest yung frontdesk with regards to availability ng rooms particularly with window rooms availability, yung bini*** pangit na view. Marketing strat over (not even equal) to customer satisfaction
I asked for transfer room for another day booking pero wala daw,more than 6 stay different dates as observed all rooms may yellow stain ang beddings and pillows, pati bowl may bakas ng ihi

The room is clean , the hotel gave us a good accomodation as well as the staff. This is our 3 rd stay in the hotel. .

The room was close to the main road and the noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep all night

The ambience is amazing but the hotel is located downtown downtown so it’s extremely crowded outside and there’s always traffic and it’s very dirty (outside the hotel)

The whole stay with friends are super great. The location was very nice. Very east access to everything and the stuffs are very polite.

Good: Very helpful staff.
Bad: I have this feeling that I was given a downgrade because I booked online. Booked a de luxe room but it looks like their junior suite. It wasn't noise proof. I can hear people singing and shouting outside my room at night.
