Had to contact them as I was getting late for check in. 
Was very welcomed, given the instructions clearly and turned the heater on! 

Definitely value for the money and much much better than the hotel I stayed few months ago in the same town. 

Will need to come back again as my daughter’s boarding school is nearby.

My wife and I stayed here before and after riding the Victorian Rail Trail, and we were very impressed. Room was clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was a welcome bonus on very hot days during our three nights. Very conveniently located to all the shops, pubs and restaurants, and the service was very professional. Locked storage also available if you have your own bicycles. Highly recommended if you're staying in Mansfield.

Stayed for 2 nights during peak snow season. Prime location right near the main roundabout, room was in excellent condition, super friendly staff, very reasonably priced, even the water pressure in the shower was great (it's usually disappointingly weak in many other hotels and motels I've stayed at).   Can't rate them high enough. If I do another trip to Buller I will look at staying here again.

After our swag flooded out we rang around like crazy to find somewhere to stay, Mel from Mansfield Motel was able to get us in and had the cleaner do our room first so we could come straight in. Staff were all so lovely and hospitable! Our room was immaculate and so comfortable. Thank you for an amazing stay!!
