Had to contact them as I was getting late for check in. Was very welcomed, given the instructions clearly and turned the heater on! Definitely value for the money and much much better than the hotel I stayed few months ago in the same town. Will need to come back again as my daughter’s boarding school is nearby.

There was a little water damage from the air conditioner that could be repaired, but other than that it was a great stay and quiet. Fantastic greeting from the lady on the front desk 😊

I didn't get to splash in the pool, but others certainly were! No problems at all and a fair price given the time of year and only booked recently.

We enjoyed our little stay - the staff were fabulous! It was quiet, close to town and reasonable value for money.

The staff were very friendly and the room very nice and clean. It was also great to only walk couple of minutes to the main street.

The motel was fantastic. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotless. Would definitely stay there again

Lovely overnight ride to Whitfield, stopping the night in Mansfield. Lovely spot, perfect location, friendly staff and a great nights sleep.

Friendly staff, clean room, good ac. No fridge = no milk for tea, coffee etc.

Clean rooms with everything you need for a weekend getaway. Undercover parking out front of room was good for keeping bikes safe.

Was a nice, appointed room and everything just worked, like the Wifi, it is walking distance from town center where everything is happening and was very nice and quiet for the 2 days we were there.

I called & spoke to Melissa at 4:00 , before I arrived. I informed her that I had a flat tire and would arrive about 7:00pm August 5, 2023. She said great she wanted to go home early. She would leave the key in the room. She should have turned on the heat when she dropped off the key. She did not turn on the heat and it was 55 degrees in the room, 32 degrees outside. I didn’t realize that the bathroom window was wide open. We tried to sleep. I put 3 blankets on the bed. That didn’t help. The sheets were so cold I couldn’t even lie down. I e mailed Melissa at 12:30AM but nobody works at that time. So we had a miserable night, no sleep. The next morning I went to use the bathroom and I discovered the open window. It’s terrible that the cleaning service or Melissa did not take the time to properly prepare the room. In addition, the handle to the shower was broken and fell off in my hand. The following morning Brett knocked on the door and I explained everything. He brought a space heater. I felt that because the room was impossible to sleep in for the 1st night he should make some adjustment in room rate. He declined and said it wasn’t the hotels fault. His comments are disgraceful. If the room is unlivable because 2 employees didn’t properly prepare the room I have to ask whose fault it is. The room was expensive, the furnishings are dated and you hear all the noises from outside. There is no soundproofing. I suggest you run from try his property. Don’t waste your money!!!!
