Not a 5,4 or 3 star hotel Room. We had a junior suite which was spacious and thats the good bit. Bathroom. No shower curtain or screen. plug hole blocked up with filth and water couldnt drain. No plug for bath or sink. Toilet. dirty broken toilet brush. Balcony. One broken chair, broken rail and view obliterated by over grown trees. Kitchen. No equipment not even a cup or glass. No water to drink in iced up fridge. TV. Bedroom TV not connected to electricity supply not even a remote control. No safe in room. Lighting on stairs and corridor would suddenly go out which left you in complete darkness. Very dangerous. Requested water from reception which took over an hour to arrive and then we were charged for it. Breakfast was poor, dried bread rolls, hard pancakes. Just unbelivable. Taxis always needed as nothing close by within walking distance. Taxi charge different rates and tried to rip off. Road conditions terrifying with awful air pollution from the congestion and motor bikes. We have travelled to many countries around the world and never have we left a bad review. We booked this hotel for 7 nights and stayed for 2. Returned to UK with the loss of a holiday and additional flight cost. DONT GO HERE.

Very good hotel with nice big rooms and clean , with amazing staff, good breakfast. Quite place out of all the buzz from the city centre. Rooms are being refurbished slowly but the Moroccan style of the decoration is really beautiful. Tarik the waiter was always helpful.

Good value for money (around 200 euros per night for a small 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment). Rustic kitchenette: old and broken refrigerator, almost non-existent cooking utensils, 3 plates and 4 glasses in all, no products, no tea towels... No towel rack in the bathroom, nothing to hang anything on. Friendly staff but lacking professionalism in attitude and outfits. Badges in the pocket and not worn, etc. Poorly equipped reception: no invoices... Nice cleaning lady but throws away things that seem to her to be thrown away, and puts things in the cupboards without coherence, we always think we have lost things. A lady waits for the cleaning lady during the cleaning to apparently supervise, is the boss... she does not introduce herself... Very pleasant swimming pool. We wait for the bar which is ready by the pool but not functional. Limited breakfast, not ready at the start time (8 a.m.), some raw vegetables, some fruit, Moroccan pancakes but which seem to have waited, pancakes French, cakes. Fresh orange juice but not cold. In short, the staff is kind and friendly, the price-quality ratio was good but there is a need for renovation, reception equipment and staff training.

Worst experience of my life! We arrived at 2 PM and didn't get our room until 5 PM! At reception, four guests were asking for refunds. The dissatisfied guests, one girl told us her room stank and was filthy; there was no way she was staying there! The rooms are dirty! Avoid this hotel! We had to stay because *********** wouldn't refund us, but this experience ruined our vacation in Marrakech. There was no electricity in the lobby; we had to use our phone flashlights. The reception was nonexistent, and the breakfast was nonexistent! A HUGE RIP-OFF

Par quoi commencer… Nous sommes restées 4 jours à l’hôtel. Durant tout notre séjour il y a eu des fuites dans la sdb. Tant au niveau des toilettes, que du lavabo. Nous n’avons même pas eu de gel douche ni de shampoing ou même du savon pour les mains fournis. Les serviettes de bain et peignoirs sont très vétustes et pas changés durant tout le séjour. Au sujet du petit déjeuner, nous y avons été seulement le premier matin. Nous n’y avons jamais remis les pieds tellement c’était ridicule. Aucune variété de produits, et je ne parle même pas de la qualité et quantité ! La qualité de l’hôtel en elle même est à revoir surtout pour un hôtel dit 5 étoiles ! C’est du mensonge et rien d’autre. Pour couronner le tout, nous n’avons eu aucun geste commercial pour les désagréments. Heureusement que le personnel était agréable et serviable, c’est le seul point positif. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel.

Die Rezeption ist ein kleines Kabuff. Der Frühstücksraum circa 10 qm. Das Frühstücksangebot ist minimalistisch, der Kaffee in Thermoskannen lauwarm. Schwarzen Tee gibt es nicht. Die zubereiteten marokkanischen Gerichten waren zum Teil sehr gut. Es gibt keine kleinen Löffel, nur kleinster Wegwerflöffel. Die Zimmer sind verwohnt, Bettlaken ungebügelt und zerknittert. Kopfkissen gelblich. Kein Wasser im Zimmer, Kühlschrank nicht zu öffnen. Küchentrakt muüit verschlossenen Türen. 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier für 3 Tage. Erneute Ersatzrolle muß an der Rezeption geholt werden. Wasser muß an der Rezeption gekauft werden. Blick vom Balkon ist sehr schön. Stuhl kaputt, Farbe blättert ab. Zimmertür muß zugeknallt werden. Das Personal war zum allergrößten Teil sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Längere Gespräche wurden geführt, Personal ist am Kunden interessiert. Leider kann ich keine bessere Bewertung geben.
