Best hotel in Marrakesh! The staff was amazing, I felt like in a family. I would recommend it

這是這趟旅程的第二個酒店，從火車站過來打車很方便，司機會放在廣場走路5分鐘，都是大路，酒店的人特別熱情友善，告訴我們要注意什麼，提醒我們看護好隨身物品，告訴我們那先景點更好看，任何需要幫助的地方都可以找他們，總是會給我們薄荷茶和小點心，摩洛哥浴也很舒服，床很舒服，在屋頂享用早餐會是很好的體驗，不過帶一件外套會比較好，早上會有一點冷。很開心遇到他們，叫我們兒子女兒，也是這樣親切的對待我們的，完美

酒店配有浴袍和拖鞋，進入酒店比較安靜，就是很昏暗陳舊，很不喜歡房間裏瀰漫的腐朽氣味。員工非常熱情真心服務，兩位女經理表面很熱情，但給人感覺一般。

I was looking forward to staying here. However, our plane was delayed by a day and by no fault, and we missed our reservation. When we asked for a refund, they refused. Just be careful when booking. Pre-paying probably isn't wise, especially if your plans get derailed.

We spent 4 lovely days at this spectacular Riad located in a nice part of old town (although one of few accessible by car). Absolutely beautiful place with the best staff ever. Geniunely super- friendly and very professional! Highly recommended!

You enter through a door into another world, where you are greeted with warmth and friendliness. The Riad is exotic and gives an authentic flavour of Morrocan culture, both past and present. It is within walking distance of all the main attractions. The food, especially the breakfast, is delicious. Hayet and her team are friendly and very helpful, arranging any tours that we wanted and gave useful advice on customs, including bargaining in the Souks. We would definitely recommend this Riad

An incredible stay at a wonderful hotel in the centre of town. Dar Les Cigognes was fantastic! My stay of the long week end that I was able to escape from all the stress of my work was amazing. The location perfect as was the food and best of all the excellent service The kindness and thoughtfullness of the management was most welcome as well.I will definitely try to go again soon with some friends on my next vaccation and highly recomend it for a romantic week end as well as a family stay as well

The pro’s of this property is the room is comfortable and has everything needed, and the hotel is close to attractions and dining options. Unfortunately the wifi is weak on the second floor where my room was and on the last night while I was eating in the restaurant, I was given an envelope by the manager to put my tip in when I checked out the next day, I was then asked 2 more times about the tip by the manager. This is very poor manners, pushy and made me feel very uncomfortable. A tip should be at the guests discretion, not forced! I hope they take this feedback onboard and change this behaviour.

Dar les Cigognes is superb, the staff is helpful, attentive and generous in the care they show for the guest. I have been many times to Marrakech and this stay was way above all other experiences. Kuddos to all the staff for the loving care they gave to my family and I. Much appreciated.

I can't remember having better service than here. Every single member of staff were as good as any in a large 5* hotel. The property is located close to the squares / souks / palaces. We walked everywhere - day and evening - it was perfectly safe. Food and drink in the hotel was really good. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Nice sandwiches / salads for lunch and really tasty tagines for dinner. All served on the rooftop overlooking the palace ramparts where the storks build their nests. Room was spacious and A/C worked well given that it was 40-45C each day. Hammam was a lovely experience. Looking forward to going back in the winter when it's not quite as hot during the day.

The reviews are accurate. This is a great small hotel to use as a base for a few days in Marrakech. Service is excellent. Food so good that we ate dinner once and lunch once as well as every breakfast. Just wish there was a pool. Enjoyed the Hammam as well.

What a place! The Riad is a total gem in a superb location, the interior is great, very nicely decorated with a gorgeous rooftop terrace and its own hamam. But the best are Hayet and Hashima, the two ladies, that run the house and overlook the staff. We have been traveling a lot worldwide, but we have never experienced such a heartwarming, personal and guest oriented hospitality anywhere else. You feel like being their best friend from the moment you enter the hotel. Service and food is great, we tried about everything: had dinner on the rooftop, breakfast as well, even booked a cooking class - which was so much fun as well. And we got massages, pedicure/manicure, Hamam experience - it all was stunning. Thank you for everything!!! We enjoyed it so much. Wouldn't have been the same without you!

This Dar is incredible and amazingly authentic decorated in Moroccan style and craft. The rooms are well appointed, the courtyards are beautiful, but more than that, it is the staff that makes the Dar Les Cigognes so wonderful. Hyat, the manager, and Hadjiba, the receptionist, went out of their way again and again to make us feel like family. I have never had such attention! The owner, Tanja, came out to greet us over tea when we first arrived. Azzim, the "tall man," is so friendly and helpful in every way. Plus, we had dinner on the rooftop terrace every night. The location is great for everything you will want to do in Marrakech. I can't recommend highly enough.

lovely! i tried to post the following on tripadvisor but it didn’t swallow it. i’ll try again tomorrow… We were 10! Two families of 5! The hotel and especially the warm and welcoming staff mastered the challenge of our eclectic group brilliantly. We felt at home immediately and all of us were awed by the beauty and originality of Dar les Cigognes. We are all seasoned travellers, even our teeners and twens, so we very much appreciated the unpretentious humility about this lovely place and the staff. Food? look no further, delicious and traditional. Cooking class? best we ever had. Roof top? evening breeze after a warm day with a refreshing G&T or a cool Casablanca. We cannot thank all! the staff enough for making our stay so unique and memorable, and… there are two angels you might meet when you get there:-)
