The hotel is very new, it is a European-style hotel run by a couple and a maid. I like the room most because it has a terrace of more than 10 square meters. It is very nice. I can sit on the terrace at night, drink red wine, smoke cigars, and watch the stars. The Big Dipper is right above my head. I can also dry clothes during the day. In the morning, they are all dry at night. The room rate is also reasonable, 70 euros per night, about 500 people!
Located in Dolo, you can take a 30-minute train to Venice. There is also a local tourist option of taking a cruise to Venice. So you don’t have to stay in an expensive hotel in Venice.
The only downside is that the couple’s English is not good, so communication is a bit difficult. Breakfast only has a variety of bread and eggs, and there is no meat to choose from.

We stayed in the hotel one night at the end of December. I must say that it was a nice discovery... modern hotel, very friendly staff, well-kept, clean and spacious rooms. Also good sized bathroom with shower. The breakfast room is welcoming, well-kept and with a good choice of products. The hotel also offers internal car parking. Good value for money. If there is an opportunity we will definitely return.
