Very good, self-check-in, you will receive an email on the same day to inform the password and room number. There are soft cushions for children to play on the first floor. I booked a family room with a big bed, just right for me to stay with my parents and children. The environment is comfortable, clean and hygienic, with dry and wet separation. Going to the toilet and taking a shower are great. There is a garbage room downstairs. There is also a park at the door, and there are many pigeons in the morning. The location is not bad. Although it is not a popular place, it is convenient to go anywhere because of its developed transportation. The environment is also good and the surrounding area is relatively quiet. It is within walking distance to Tsutenkaku and Nihonbashi

I made a reservation for 4 people and 3 of us visited. It was enough space for 4 people to stay. It was clean, I could control the room temperature, and I stayed comfortably. Amenities and towels are available in the hotel lobby. When we went, there was a constant shortage of towels. When I called the hotel customer service center, it seemed like the person who could only speak Japanese was a part-time worker and didn't make any effort to help. After two days, I was connected to a Japanese person who spoke Korean. They responded so kindly that I was able to receive a towel. Thank you! (You hung a towel on the door, but I didn’t know because you didn’t ring the bell💦) Staying here for 2 nights was a really good choice. The location was great, including downtown Osaka and the subway station! I made a last-minute reservation a month before my trip, and I was glad I did. Highly recommended👍🩷

You can have more than one person in one room. It is quite spacious for four people. There is a place for cooking and natural gas. It is really convenient. Turn right when you go out and you will see Tsutenkaku Tower and the business district. It is really good.
