The room was cold. No possibility of raising the temperature depending on the reception, for a room paid 80€ it's messy I understand that we need to save energy but don't mess around...

It's in a relatable establishment. ive modern that you will be welcomed by a courteous and pleasant team. However, it's in the bedroom where the trouble begins. No heating, the television does not work, and the wifi is of poor quality, certainly details but which are of great importance. So, I couldn't sleep due to the cold of the room. The shower was also very difficult. I will pass on the operation of the television which, in itself, was not of great interest. In short, a difficult stay and one that I do not recommend.

I wouldn't go back there. There is no heating in the rooms in January.

What a disappointment, after staying in a hotel in the same BRIT HOTEL chain and in the same COMFORT range. No comparison. We were given a room directly opening onto a very noisy room, like a technical room with continuous engine noise. We asked to change rooms, which was done by the young woman at reception. Why allocate such a room when others are available in the establishment? And that there were only 4 vehicles in the parking lot and that the hotel is outside the city so there is little chance of “many” customers on foot. In the bathroom, no soap in the sink dispenser or in the shower dispenser. Obliged to go ask the young girl at reception who didn't know where the keys to the reserve were and who gave me a 5 liter container to fill the bottles (she offered to do it, but my partner was already in the shower…!) Breakfast completely different from the previous hotel which offered local products. Kettle and tea and coffee bags in the room. No bottle of water but a fountain in the hall (lukewarm water) Disappointed with the quality compared to the previous hotel.

Unattractive activity area, Villa Toscana restaurant recommended by the hotel: sad, poor service and poor quality of dishes, ridiculous pizza, nothing Italian. Fairly quiet hotel, however omnipresent smell in the rooms, tobacco residue or lack of ventilation, I don't know, but real indisposing discomfort. Passable or even decent breakfast when the employee in charge ensures better implementation and renewal of products in response to the influx of customers.

We were traveling with the operator Panavisión, which instead of the Caen hotel that appeared in its magazine, took us to this hotel, whose impression does not seem bad, but then there were surprises for those in the travel group. There were those who had to make their beds, because they prepared them all as double beds when there were people who were not couples, and they limited themselves to giving them the sheets if they wanted to separate and change the beds. Others found that there was someone showering in the room they were assigned, another had to turn the mattress because there was a dark stain on it... At least the breakfast was good. It is a roadside hotel far from the center. The shower and toilet are in separate compar**ents, which can sometimes be useful.

Low price, low quality. As expected and from the reviews we found a smelly bathroom, dirty towels and a fairly ruined structure. I recommend it only if you are passing through and if you want to spend little.

Really very ordinary and soulless hotel. Surprised at the absence of a shower and bathtub instead! for older people and people with physical problems like me this is a big mistake. No air conditioning either. Rating too high!
