I love Hilton, no matter where I go, as long as there is a Hilton hotel, I will not choose any other hotel. Hilton's facilities are incomparable to other hotels. Hilton's hygiene is absolutely first-class. Beautiful and pleasant environment is Hilton's characteristic. Thoughtful service is also its consistent service tenet. But today, Hilton at Kansas Airport has gone one step further to make the hotel more comfortable. I don't quite understand. I woke up hungry in the morning and went down to the restaurant to find food at 5:30. As a result, the restaurant was not open, so I went back to the room, but the key card could not open the door. I went downstairs and asked the gentleman on duty to reactivate the key card for me. As a result, the gentleman on duty at Datang called the hotel security, took me back to the room, and asked me to pack my luggage as soon as possible and go downstairs with him. I asked him if he wanted to change rooms, and he said he didn't know. Anyway, I couldn't live here anymore. When I came to the lobby, the gentleman on duty re-opened my card. It was still the same room as before, but he just changed the access card. My brain suddenly collapsed. I just wanted to know. When I couldn't open the door for the first time, I just asked for a new card. Why didn't you agree? After all the fuss, it's still the same room, so why do you have to move them all down and then move them all back up again? Are you kidding me?

A qualified hotel for business travel, the shuttle driver who returned to the airport asked for a tip on his own initiative, and his attitude was rather arrogant. The bedding is quite comfortable and the room is big. The steak in the downstairs restaurant is good. Many airline crews live here.

It was convenient and 24 hr shuttle to airport. I wish there was more dinning option around the area.

Reserved a king bed room and was given a small bed- not even sure it was a queen- and told oh sorry no kings available even though i had printed my ******* reservation that showed I rented and paid for a king room. This shouldn’t happen when making reservations.

The staff should tell you that the flight crews always get to go ahead of guests when you shuttle to the airport

AC did not work great and we had to call maintenance. Some of the furniture looked to be in rough condition. But for the most part it was a great stay and they had great service!

This Hilton has everything you need right on the property. Super clean, and conveniently located near the airport. 5/5 stars from us!

Everything was good. The beds would have been better if they were queens... that is what we have at home. It was great to be able to park the vehicle & not worry about it. The transport to & from the airport was good also.

Hotel convenient to airport, 24 hr shuttle. The staff went far beyond to make your stay a good one. Always with a smile

Room had no hot water, shampoo was full but conditioner was out and this is something housekeeping should have checked when preparing the room. NO WATER PRESSURE at all. Tv remote was missing. Bed was hard.

Dont like that the shuttle bus does not take you other places than the airport. Hard to get a ride to the KCI Expo center. That being said your driver Kathy was a treat!

Perfect location for traveling. The hotel has shuttle service, has a bar and a restaurant and Starbucks also.Food is always good, we always leave our car here too, the place is safe and secure.

The hotel that we stayed in was not clean. The lampshades had cobwebs on them.. and the desk look like it hadn’t been wiped down. The halls were cold and so were the elevators. It’s almost like the HVAC system didn’t work… there was no room service, and the food at the restaurant was cold as well for breakfast. We didn’t necessarily like the hotel. It’s not nothing that it appeared to be in the pictures. We will not be staying at that location again.
