Great hotel in a safe area, plenty of places to eat and do some groceries, it close to most tourist area

El servicio no es muy amable para ser un hotel de cadena hotelera. El desayuno muy bueno. Amenities faltó abastecimiento.

El trato fue muy bueno de los empleados, muy serviciales y honestos. La muchacha de la barra muy amable siempre.

El hotel está en una zona hermosa y segura de Medellín. Sin embargo, es muy lejos de todos los sitios turísticos, es necesario alquilar carro o usar Uber para llegar a cualquier punto.

This was clean and new and the staff was really helpful.

Esta bien no es muy cara, la estancia es comoda algo retirada de las atracciones y centros conerciales grandes pero todo bien Muy atento su personal

No había amenities en los días que estuve hospedada y el personal de recepción no fue atento excepto el última día una chica fue muy amable.

I booked and checked in on a Sunday night for 3 nights and the next morning I received a call and had to leave because of a confirmed medical emergency with my daughter back home. I explained to the hotel and the refused to give me my money back but instead offer me the remaining 2 night once I come back before 31 Dec 2023. Yes, this year… Not to happy about that

I liked the area the hotel is located. A few things bothered me though. Things like old shower matts, no bathroom vent working. The staff charged me for things I did not eat or drink in the room packages that where place. I don't drink beer or some of the other drink in the refrigerator, yet I was charged when checking out a day early.

the AC made a lot of noise, I woke up many times during the night due to excessive noise, specially when it turned down. Limited dining and bad service. I orded an ice cream and juice throu room service and took 35 minutes for delivery. Bad location. there is not direct car access to the hotel, taxis had to stop on the street.
