酒店就在客天下景區入口100米左右，樓下就有生活超市滿足不同需求，房間衞生很乾凈，陽台可以看到威尼斯水城，有廚房可以煮早餐，大廳很寬敞，後面有座山可以早上去運動，很多樹蔭不曬，原本住三天後麪果斷續了兩天，下次來梅州還會住房東有問必答及時回覆，很熱情樓下停車一天15元很便宜，3小時內免費

雖然沒有預期的那麼好，但以後如果是幾個朋友一起的話我可能還會選擇這裏，因為價格低廉經濟實惠，可以4、5位住一起聊天打牌啥的。但設施比較一般，雙衞的其中一衞還是蹲坑，電器傢俱廚房器皿啥的倒是一應俱全，像箇中等收入的家庭，使用痕跡還是很明顯的。床鋪看上去還算乾淨。客服很認真，有問題都予以解決。入住有很細心的指引，還算方便，樓下可以收費停車。這裏位於客天下景區，是一個比較新的住宅小區，環境可以，去客天下遊玩最為方便。

我們一行4人出遊梅州幾天，住過兩家酒店，最後一晚在攜程看到這套房子適合我們入住，抱着試一下的心態選擇這套房子，果然沒有失望，這套房子4房2廳2衞，4張大床，適合我們4人居住，乾淨衞生，房子面積很大有家的感覺，周邊環境很好，小區很安靜，特別適合一家人或一幫朋友入住，強烈推薦，房東服務到位。
