周圍環境不乾淨，在舊城區，門口就是賣菜的地攤。而且導航過來也不好找。
設施陳舊，服務不大友好，停車場在後門的外面，好在沒下雨。春節四百多的價位和以上的各種不爽與維也納的品牌不相稱。還是住新城區的酒店乾淨舒服

維也納酒店標準，房間乾淨，就是衞生間比較小。早餐在7樓，還算豐富，不過沒有粉、麪。位於老城區中心，去哪都方便。

房間確實有點小，沖涼房門與馬桶都打架了，床太軟，隔音差點，位於舊城區，吃還挺方便，距離服務中心、交易中心挺近

酒店在老市區，房間比較老舊，隔音也差，房間一股煙味，超級臭，空調開了噪音很大，也不製冷，不推薦。
