Very hard to find the place. And no elevator, just lucky we don't have too many stuffs.

Nothing serious

The hotel staff are warm and courteous, but the room is relatively small. The bathroom and toilet are connected together, and I can't turn around. But I had an early flight, so I chose to stay close to the airport.

Clean hotel and perfect for those that need to stay over night during a flight layover. No complaints and I would stay again.

The room is small, the toilet and bathroom are integrated, and the water from the shower will flow into the toilet. Breakfast includes coffee, milk, bread, and jam. It's completely vegetarian with no meat, not even eggs. It's close to the airport, so the price is double that of ibis in other areas of Melbourne. But it's pretty quiet. The front desk had a good attitude and even helped call a taxi.

It's about ten minutes' walk from the airport. We have a family room on the first floor. The room is very small and the hygiene is relatively good. Because we arrived early in the morning, there were staff on duty at the front desk, making check-in more convenient. A transitional hotel for evening arrival does not require much. The price is a bit high and not cost-effective.

This is the second time I checked in. I went to the airport to catch an early flight and arrived there in 15 minutes on foot. If you are looking for convenience, it is a good choice near Melbourne Airport. The staff are also very friendly and answer questions patiently. If you have big boxes, be careful. There is no elevator. We were on the second floor both times we checked in, so it was okay.

It's close to the airport, but the space is small and the restroom seems smaller than the airport restroom.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Room not cleaned properly, rooms are too small, especially the toilet/shower space, there is no lift so have to carry heavy suitcases up and down stairs. Way overpriced for what it is.

Had low expectations for this property but it was even worse than expected. Room barely fit the 2 single beds (with the third over head) and the bathroom (shower and toilet only - basin was in the main room on the other side of the beds) was like an plane bathroom. All prefabricated as one plastic space that you had to step up into. Had to pay for parking on top of the room rate (went hunting for this later on the websites as it wasn't onvious) but the car park wasn't even secure parking - what a rip off. The room door was difficult to open from the inside and the handle on the outside stopped working all togther. The guy at reception said it happened all the time and showed me how to wiggle it all to get it open. Surely this is a breach of some health and safety requirements!! Then to top it off I'd make the mistake of prepaying breakfast. Id booked online for accommodation and breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child but when we turned up to eat we were told we'd have to pay extra for our son because he hadn't been included!! Horrible, horrible place and a rip off for the money. Dont stay here!!

I am a 72 year old woman and I was put on the first floor up a flight of stairs with 2 suitcases with no help. I have a slight lung problem and get short of breath. I have stayed at this hotel twice before and stayed on the ground floor.

Over priced. The room was terribly loud and noise came in from the hall at all hours as people came back to their rooms. The bathroom was basically a boat toilet and shower in the corner of the room. The hallway was very dirty. The only positive is the reception person was nice.

Extremely noisy hotel no sounds proofing at all. We were kept awake almost all night. Ground floor you can hear every conversation at the reception desk and people loud in the hallway. Reception closes at 2am so there is no one to control any unruly guests past this hour. Please spend a little more and use another airport hotel. We really wish we had!
