We visited the talayots for the 2nd time this may 2024 from the 17th till 26th after not going since 2019. We as a family had a fabulous time. We was in room B3 which is right near the main pool, although we much preferred the quieter pools which weren't far from our apartment either. The pools were freezing to start with but it is the start of the season, anyway it didn't stop any of us going in and enjoying them. In the 9 nights we had maids coming every other day and changing towels, making beds, sweeping amd emptying bins, we had a full bed change once in the 9 days. We were more than happy with this. We thought the onsite shop located just across the road had pretty much everything you need or it did for us any way. Price's reasonable and the fresh bread absolutely beautiful! We ate out every night, family of 6, kids age 17,14,11 and 8 we spent between 77euros and 130euros on evening meals with drinks and sometime desserts, every meal we had we all really enjoyed. We were happy with the prices too. Beautiful coves in walking distance. We rented a car for the day and went to Ciutadella and Arenal d'en Castell would highly recommend visiting these place's absolutely beautiful. Overall had a fabulous time, definitely will return to menorca again but would like to explore the island so would probably stay eles where next time. Would recommend Talayots to families 👍

Fantastic for kids. We were a family of 5. Ages 5,5 and 8. Hotel lovely and clean. We were in block E5. Right in front of the splash park. The only fault I had was the entertainment was rubbish! Very boring during the day and night. The kids club wasn’t the best either. Kids club two of my children attended twice and absolutely loved it! Staff are great. Pools are clean

Amazing stay, beautiful weather. Thank you Talayot. We've returned from a week's stay. Hotel Clean and kitchen area well equipped- not that we used it! Stayed room K3. Maid service twice in our stay. Perfectly happy with that. Ate out most mornings and every evening, plenty in the area to keep everyone happy. Supermarket over the road has everything you needed from inflatables to fruit. Visited Cuitadella, caught the market by chance on the Wednesday morning, purchased some treasures. Stunning scenery. Cost 10euro each way in a taxi. Visited cala n blanes beach a two minute stroll left out the of the main apartments. Had an afternoon in the aqua centre waterpark, a minute stroll along the road. Enjoyed two evenings of entertainment at the hotel itself. Kids enjoyed the mini disco and two afternoons in kids club. Inflatable parks and electric go karts for the little ones, arcade machines galore. We had fabulous stay. Overall a 10/10 holiday.

We went before and after a villa holiday. The hotel was across the road from a good supermarket , The room was lovely and clean and we asked for a quiet room due to our son having autism. We where put in block T for both visits and it was lovely and quite!! We had the sun all day until sunset. The main unit had all the kiddies things and looked great if you had little ones. The reception staff were great and friendly !! We had someone coming to the hotel and his flight was delayed so the staff brought his key etc to our apartment as they close at 11pm. Food in the outside restaurant was meals not snack. Did not see any entertainment while there but had posters up for this. All in all if you have kiddies you can’t go wrong!!

We are currently waiting for our transfer, we have never been so glad to go home! We turned up and thought oh ok not like the pictures! We could not hang any of the clothes in the wardrobes due to the smell of mould,, including the mould on walls! The grill oven was filthy and the door fell off if you wanted to use it! Mirror in the bathroom again filthy looked like it had been spat on, toilet brush very old and extremely dirty! Oh and don't expect a lie in due to the leaf blower starting at 6.30am. We also had stuff stolen off our balcony (ground floor) ,when we spoke to reception they informed us this doesn't happen, but I have now just seen the reviews from others in regards to thier property also being stolen from the balconys. And to top it off we had the neighbours from hell, screaming at 9.30am fighting each other smashing things their kids screaming for them to stop that went on until midnight on and off! We complained and told reception they were smashing the apartment next door up, nothing done just an oh . So yeah I would not recommend the apartments at all.

We got T block which was the further away and with the heat and suit case was sweating when we got to the room but it was worth it because it was a quiet pool and we were on 1st floor with a pool view. The apartment needs a make over but we were happy with it and it was big aircon good and needed. I would want to be at the main pool very busy and noisy. The shop across the road has everything needed. we walk through the hotel but if you are in T block and on the road you take a right and a left it's a shortcut. we had a few meals in the 1st one you come to it and was good. The fish n chips shop is good too. we had a good breakfast at Frankie's but the Hotel do a good one too and cheap. if you turn right there are loads of shops and restaurants. if you turn left and walk 10-15 you get to the beach which didn't impress me but a few restaurants looked nice. I would come back to T block and neighbors has booked this for Oct 2023.

We stayed as a couple, mostly as it was a good price! Would say it’s good for families but not couples or solo- Pro’s- The apartments are in a great location, close to main bars and restaurants but in a quiet spot. They are nicely set out and maintained, with a nice pool area and complex restaurant. Apartments basic but clean, nothing to complain about really. - gorgeous beaches/vibes nearby and sunset views Cons- Not much sunbathing space around main pool especially if you were going in peak time. - we found the restaurant and games area outside it very loud at night especially people playing air hockey game at stupid o clock! - found the beds very uncomfortable, to be honest this was to the point where we were glad to be going home after 5 nights. Personally we would return to the area but not to Talayot, although if the beds were better and we had kids then we would!

Just retuned 8th oct from 7 day holiday with a friend of mine,cannot fault the Talayot at all .large clean room comfortable bed cleaned 4 times in the week.we were in T22 a little walk from the complex but so peaceful.Good breakfast and drinks were large and strong entertainment a bit iffy but for what you pay you cannot complain.short walk to restraunts and bars,our fav was Frankie’s excellent food good drinks all reasonably priced. This was the 4th time in 6 years that we have stayed at talyot, and never had a problem until this time. Dont like to complain but I have to just about 1 thing . The staff are lovely and the cleaners keep the apartments clean, but it started on our second week when a bug climbed the wall in the sitting room, didn't know what it was so my husband just got rid of it! But over the course of the week we had over 15 of them which we started killing and it turned out they were cockroaches! The worst time was the last night and early morning when there was nine ! If we were staying any longer we would of kicked off big time, I just couldn't stay in the room any longer ! Tui has informed us that we should've taken photos but you try taking pics of cockroaches running around the floor when the light goes on and you are trying to squat them . We did tell reception of the problem when we left but thinking about it should've kept all the squat ones and put them in a bag and dump um on the front desk ! It's a real shame cos we did like it there but it really has put a dampner on going back! Thanks Tui for your help - NOT!!!!!

Nice place to stay and particularly enjoyed the meals in the restaurant. Service was very good and Roberto made us feel very welcome. Food was great and prices were very reasonable. Nothing was too much touble for Roberto and the rest of the staff. Would definitely recommend especially the half chicken and chips. Thanks Roberto for helping to make our stay so good.

Nice clean apartment bit outdated but perfectly serviceable, terrace on ours completely private , bus stop outside, supermarket over road and a plethora of bars and restaurants well within really easy walking distance. Flight was delayed by 3hours but staff kept bar open so we could enjoy a much needed pizza and drink! Play areas for children and good pools, would return.

Absolutely fantastic base pools are fantastic grounds the same rooms fully air-conditioning. Now for the bad bits we had 2 hobs and a microwave not really ideal to make food for 5. Tui kids club was very poor stayed for the first night but followed the droves of family's that were walking straight past to the main square. Where you will find some family friendly bars with kids entertainment and trampolines and bouncy castles. All in all we had a fantastic holiday lovely place food and drink same price as UK

Wow is all I can say,just got back today and this place is amazing for kids was so happy to have picked our first holiday here ,pools were fantastic, perfect for young kids and multiple choice,sunbed everytime,music by the main pool,such a chilled out environment,parks for kids,mini disco, entertainment,tui club was brill so was Maria thank you for your lovely warm welcome, everything run so smooth and everywhere spotless u have not one thing to complain about,thank you for making our holiday a lovely memory to remember x

We have just been to the Talayot apartments which are very clean but are very dated. The down fall for us was that there were no activities/entertainment in the daytime, which was a real disappointment considering the amount of families there. One of my children went in the holiday club and there was only two other children in it. We didn't see any evening entertainment as this area was always empty. The apartments are a short walk to a few restaurants and bars which the majority have play areas for children. Jimmy Hills is the place to go if you want entertainment. All in all we did have a lovely holiday it was just such ashame there wasn't a good entertainment team at the apartments.
