Old, dirty, stinking. The parking is in a garbage dump, the hotel corridors are very dirty, the rooms and furniture in them are from the last century. It's not possible to stay even overnight

I guess i was in a horror hotel. I don't know how this place is still open. We found scary rats in the rooms and the recipient responds was i can change the room but your reservation is non refundable, well we left anyway. The hotel SPA smells like pee and it doesn't work, the pool is so dirty. It is a health disaster place. We understand that out experience were not pleasing to us, but even canceling the reservation was not easy. we left anyway. The staff english language is poor, hard to communicate. I wonder how are they still open and how come they use swiss inn brand name

It's a terrible hotel. Cleaning is very bad. Breakfast is mediocre. The furniture in the room is old and dirty. It was definitely a wrong choice for me.

I would like to thank everyone who took care of us from hotel check-in to check-out time, from the receptionist to the bellboy. Especially my friend named Tarık took great care of us from our room entrance to our exit. I definitely recommend it, you won't regret it.

The towel rails in the bathroom are broken, the bathroom door does not close, water overflows from the shower, the refrigerator compartment door is broken, there is not even a chair to sit on, what more can I write, it is a complete disappointment.
