Very easy reservations and check in and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The cleaning personnel were very nice and helpful. The property needs some TLC. Very conveniently located. 20 minutes from Cleveland. 5 minutes from the Airport and Baldwin Wallace.

We enjoyed our stay, close to many walkable restaurants. Clean and cosy common areas. Would stay again.

It's quiet there, and the front desk was polite and accommodating. However, the shower head was broken and the grab bar in the shower was half pulled out of the wall and loose, just begging for an accident. The place is old and tired looking, and the breakfast was low in quality. Needs updating, and some fresh energy.

The only issue we found was no vent in the bathroom and no hot tub in the pool area. The manager was so welcoming and friendly.

Room was clean the bed was way to soft. Me or my wife didn’t slept much of the night. You advised shuttle service to the airport and we took for granted we could leave our car in your parking lot. We were able to park at the airport for less money parking was the main reason we chose your hotel

Very clean and nice and quiet. Solid breakfast choices. Would stay there again.

When I checked in and I explained my son has autism and need some accommodations the agent was being very rude about it. I wanted to leave but my son started crying and the money is nonrefundable so we stayed and I felt so uncomfortable the whole weekend the only employee that made my son comfortable was the young man that works 3rd shift he was such a sweetheart I will never go back

First you have to pay extra for your car to stay ridulious .. second the exit door not working properly and made me spill hot coffe all over me

Single overnight stay prior to flying out next day. A very nice property located very close to the airport. Good restaurant options close by. Friendly staff.

Toilet continued to run then stopped working. We called the desk twice. First call was told it would take a while (7ish) second call we were told she’d send him right up (9 ish). We used the public toilet in the lobby and went to bed. I let the desk clerk know again when we checked out twelve hours later. She made a note. Not thrilled with our experience.

Would have rated it higher except my shower drain was slow/clogged. By the time I finished showering, I was ankle deep in water. Not a safe condition.
