The front desk is welcoming! Withdraw money and move in! The room is shabby! Pretty clean! The bed is very comfortable! Soft! I made up for all my sleep

Okay, economical and cheap locations are fine.

Lights didn’t work. Some weird plastic bags were hanging from the ceiling… shower didn’t work properly.

We loved staying here. The bed was very comfortable! It is close to the metro and very easy to get to places. There were also some great bakeries and restaurants close to the hotel.

my husband and I could not sleep all night due to various noises all night. the room was very cramped and tiny as was the facilities. We had such a terrible stay that even though we had booked for two nights we left after the first night. We did ask if bigger rooms were available but was told no.

Could barely sleep with the noise of the tram under my window. Would work for heavy sleepers but everyone else would be better off choosing a different hotel.

A nice hotel with a great staff, delicious breakfast. The hotel need a bit of maintenance (the shower head wasn’t working) and the sound isolation was not great. But overall for the price it was a nice stay!

Good location, 5 mn away from the Metro, 3 stations away from the Duomo. Rooms are small so watch out for the pointy tv frame and shelves. Not for light sleepers, the tram line works late at night, so it's a little noisy, blinds up or not.

Beautiful edifice ...it was quite accomodating and worth what I paid for .

Over very disapointed, small, tight, rundown. Service was very good, but the hotel needs updatingbig time.
