Smart Hotel Milano Reviews

I won’t come back to stay here. It’s old. And the room is super small. If compare to the price…it’s not worth it.

Great location to stay, 3 mins walking distance from Milano centrale station, easy to find convenient store and restaurant nearby. Enjoyed our stay for there for few nights!

The receptionist is super efficient and friendly. Room is big and hot shower is very comfortable. They have plenty of power sockets for charging electric equipment.

Everything was fine - nice room and good location for the short stay. The only problem is that you can't control the air conditioner - I was stuffy.

The price I was quoted changed from $79 to $106 with no breakfast. Breakfast should be included. I stay in 4 star hotels and payed less and breakfast was included. After I booked the room I was asked to pay €5 for city tax. The front desk people were nice

We are fine with the hotel room and the service in general. Just wish the hotel can be more care to have at least placed a box of tissue in the room. Slippers and kettle all need to be requested but I think these are basic items to be in placed too.

Stayed 4 inghts in Smart Hotel Central, it is in great location and has great service. However, i dont think it deserves the 4 stars. In my whole Europe trip, this is the only 4star hotel that does not even provide complimentary water, coffee or tea. There is no kettle or pot if you want to make hot water. And breakast selection is very limited for 15 Euro. Room isolation is very bad, you can hear the door slamming from the other rooms.

All perfect. The only miss is the fact there is not a Restaurant inside so either you order for delivery or you must go out for food

Very convenient location! Train station and metro station are near by! But a bit noisy when people are passing and closing their door. No utensils like cups, kettle, toothbrush are provided. Toilet light will turn off automatically. This is inconvenient what I was having shower.

Excellent location very close to Central station of Milano, friendly and helpful staff, clean , comfort and spacious room. I will stay definitely in Smart Hotel again. I recommend it. Thank you for the nice stay.

The hotel is directly opposite Milan Central station which is a great location for getting the train to and from the airports. Also there is a metro station near the hotel for trips to Duomo etc. The room was clean and spacious. I think it was better than the pictures. The staff were friendly and polite. A great stay. I will use this hotel the next time I come to Milan!

The hotel is located nearby the Milan train station. We booked 2 rooms while 1 was located at the same floor as the reception which the window only half and high looks like underground room.

Good location, tidiness of the room. Unfortunate the room is not too noise-proofing which i believe that it is a common problem as other hotels.
