There are no slippers in the room; the quality of tea and coffee is average, the coffee machine facilities are aging: the extracted coffee tastes very bad, and the free mineral water needs to be collected by yourself at the front desk

It is an old place, not as advertised. Staff are rude and argumentative. Very poor housekeeping. This hotel is not worth the money you pay.

Clean. We could definitely hear music blasting as we went to bed. Staff were friendly. Gym is ok but treadmills need service. We found the bed soft.

Went downstairs to eat at the restaurant to only find out the waiter only put 1 order in but brought me my drink and now it’s 10 pm and have to find a restaurant still open

The hotel was in a convenient location lots of food choices. My daughter enjoyed the pool. Front desk was very responsive to our needs.
