We arrived with great service and left with even better customer service. A welcoming smile, informative and the room was clean. We appreciated the security at night. Will stay again

Hair dryer didn’t work and they did not replace. TV didn’t work, needed maintenance. No insulation, extremely noisy.

What I liked the most is how quiet it was and the fact that they have a security guard on site.

The check in process was fast and simple. The room was excellent for our needs as we requested first floor room ^_^ the Parking availability was great too since we had 2 cars. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location not far from place we needed to be. Directly off main street so traffic noise is constant. Hall carpet smelled and dirty foot prints were clearly noticeable from stairwell to 2nd level elevator. Bedroom was clean staff did good job keeping room sanitized. King bed was very comfortable.

Hotel is a relatively clean and good location. Were it not for the horrible breakfast the hotel would be great. Fortunately, there's a Starbucks and Jack N Box across the street for the coffee is muddy water and the sausages are most likely leftovers from a few days ago.

Bed was comfortable, room was too small or too much furniture. Room seems clean but it needs a very good cleaning, carpet has stains.

Breakfast was excellent! In the bath tub the shampoo is mounted too high for someone taking a bath to reach.

Heater was noisy & light kept coming on throughout night

My room smelled like urine. The carpet was dirty and the desk was too small to work on

The propert was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The staff was superb--very friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was quite good. The room was clean. It would've been helpful to have more counter space in the bathroom--it was big--but not much room for toiletries. And I really liked the swimming pool---with triple digit heat, it was quite welcome.

Clean, quiet, safe. That's all I ever hope for and this place was all of those.

This was one of the cleaniest rooms and hotels i have ever stayed at. The people were very friendly and i would highly recommend this hotel
