The building is quite unique, competitive price and high cost-effectiveness.

Amazing staff and hospitality.Although not on seafront ,its not far away from the sea ,service and friendliness from staff was outstanding.Nothing is too much trouble attitude and things fixed promptly .

The basic room is quite small. And facing the swimming pool makes it quite noisy even in the evening. Breakfast is limited. Location is relatively good as in the center of Nyali. But given the main road construction, going to Mombasa city might not be so pleasant.

Walking distance to city mall. Friendly staff recommended.

The AC was not working and there were mosquitoes in the room. This was not an enjoyable stay at all

PrideInn hotel is cozy, with a very attentive and good service. Rooms are small, but clean and cozy. The swimming pool is excellent, and I recommend including the breakfast in your accommodation arrangement. It offers a good quality for the price. The room had a safe for keeping important items, tunable air conditioning and a large ceiling ventilator. The only potential drawback is the TV, that served more like a decoration, because it was not connected to any channel or youtube. Otherwise, the WiFi internet connectivity operated very well, even outside by the pool. The location is within walking distance from the beach and from a local mall. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I would return there.

Right near a mall and a club (if that’s your kind of thing). Pool was nice and relaxing.

Just Arrived and settled uncleaned room

It was a small but lovely hotel. Hotels in Mombasa have a lot of problems, and I expect further efforts to be made depending on the attitude of the staff and management. Thank you.

Hotel is small but quiet, comfortable rooms, swimming pool is not deep enough for adult people to swim.Stuff was very friendly.Problem was in restaurant with Chef.
