We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. A bit noisy due to some works being done. We tried the sauna and we had a great experience. We were visited mostly by birds in our window. We did not order food but they have a lovely restaurant in the lobby. Overall the location and the room was fantastic.

Booked a single room, and it was nicer than I expected! The bathroom is very clean. I used the spa facility briefly. The staff were very helpful in getting me towels, bathrobes and slippers. Various fast food restaurants available 10 minutes walk away Dovercliff entrance is around 25 minute walk away.

High quality . All services that needs in the room for a 4 *hotel and quality. Location best, on the beachfront. Facilities, not found on an other 4* hotel for the amount you pay!

The worst four-star hotel I've ever stayed in. It's better to stay in a chain hotel. I asked the front desk if we could get a room with a sea view, but they said they didn't have any. If they didn't have any, then they didn't have any. Then they gave us a broken room with bugs flying around and a floor that looked like it had urine marks on it. Then I asked the front desk to change it again. It was obviously better than the first one, which was just a perfunctory one. Then the lights wouldn't turn on the next day, and the room card suddenly didn't work. There was no electricity when I got up in the early morning. The above are the room issues. Then there are other problems with the hotel's facilities. One: There is only one elevator in the whole hotel, which is slow and small; the hotel corridor is also very small. In addition, the spa hotel is advertised as having 7 spas, but I saw that there was only one small pool for soaking and two steam saunas...
