The location was great, close to the beach and food. The pool and hot tub were fabulous although there didn't seem to be any pool safety equipment like a life buoy/ring despite the middle being 2m deep. The unit was rather run down and could do with a deep clean. Some things seemed to be falling apart, very old. We are quite allergic to dust and will probably not return. Just beware too of the fine for lost keys - $390! I don't recall seeing any notice of this when we booked. The exorbitant fine is probably an unfair contract term under Australian Consumer Law. And byo toiletries & toilet paper cos their supply is very limited and will finish within 2 days or so. Have been to cleaner nicer places for a similar price.

The gem of Mooloolaba! Fantastic staff, great location and an excellent pool for the children. The resort of 2 mins from the beach, surf club and numerous restaurants in the area. The price is really competitive and we’ve been returning to this place for a number of years. We’ll Worth a look,

Great location, really nice staff. Very convenient underground parking. Loved that the room had a kitchen and laundry. Only negative is that the unit was a little run down/outdated- especially the bathroom, probably needs an upgrade. Other than that we had a wonderful time and would stay again.

We were provided an early check-in when the unit was cleaned early, which was a nice bonus. This enabled us to take advantage of the more time having fun at our chosen location and kids got to use more of the facilities. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating. The room had everything we needed for a short weekend stay.

Nice place but can be a little noisy in the weekend particularly the rooms close to the pool. Staff are lovely and friendly.

Great location close to the beach and local food options. Mattresses and pillows were terrible. Was happy to head home to a good mattress and pillow

Extremely comfortable 2 bedroom apartment, gorgeous pool and spa, and super friendly staff. Fully equipped kitchen with spacious living area and balcony. Great value and close to beach, shops, restaurants and the wharf area. Highly recommend for families and groups.

This place as good, older but lovely renovated. The reception staff were great and very helpful. The room was good, and the pool was great. Everything was in walking accessible and we really enjoyed staying here.

Fourth visit to Caribbean and still best value in Mooloolaba, yes it’s a little older than some, however it is kept in excellent condition and attended by wonderful friendly hosts. Excellent on site facilities, not as large as some so never feels overcrowded, location is perfect a block back from main thoroughfare. Have rebooked for next year! 😎👍

Stayed ( first time ) for a week with my sisters on our annual get together holiday. Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable unit. Pool area wonderful. Parking easy to navigate. Very close to restaurants and activities. Would definitely recommend and stay again,

Easy access to Mooloolaba and surrounds. Plenty of options for food on the doorstep.

The Carribean Resort is so convenient to get to everywhere you need to in Mooloolaba yet quiet and peaceful. Apartment is spotless and very comfortable.

Came here years ago as kids and loved the location and pool! Pool was great! It just needs to be heated more, especially the kids pool. It was too cold for us in September, the spa was good. This resort would be incredible with a warmer pool. We booked based on a heated pool. Needs to be around 30 degrees in winter/spring. The rooms are great! Balcony was wonderful with a view and the local bird life coming to say hi. The pillows are terrible. So hard in our room. Parking and access across two roads was great. Easy walking everywhere. Rooftop with little kids play area and bbq’s were great. Great to watch the sunset. Games room was cool. Make sure you contact for after hours access in advance as reception closes early. Free beach toys to use for your stay.

The resort was in a great location to shops, restaurants and bars, our apartment was clean with bathroom and kitchen recently renovated. We would have liked to be higher for better views, ours on the second floor overlooked swimming pool but mostly looked at the high rise car park across the road and the side of the apartments next door. The staff were very nice friendly and helpful.
