Very nice relaxed hotel with nice view over the beach, and ease of access to it. Nice pool, relaxed environment without much music where you can just enjoy the sun and the calmness of Fuerteventura. Room was spacious and always clean, food was good everyday and there's a lot of variety. Only thing I think could be improved is the quality of pastries/desserts. Adding to all the positives, the hotel employees were all very nice and kind, always ready to help or have a chat with you. Overall almost a 5/5, would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in coming to Fuerteventura.

Hotel in good position, room was lovely, hotel very clean and the food was good with plenty of choice. In addition the staff were lovely. The reason i have only given it 3 stars is that we made extra for a sea view so we could enjoy looking at the lovely beach and the sea. What we got was a great view of the pool with its surrounding palm trees and a glimps of the sea in through the trees (see photgraph). We spoke to the reception who said it was a sea view room and could not change are room for at least 3-4 days. The travel company TUI agreed with the hotel. We will not be travelling with this company again. So Buyer Beware

Our stay at Riu Palace Jandia was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with stunning ocean views and direct access to a wonderful sandy beach. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, providing everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it an ideal place to unwind. While the hotel has just one swimming pool and a relatively small gym, both facilities were well maintained. There were always plenty of sunbeds available around the pool, regardless of the time of day, which made relaxing especially easy. Guests should note that sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are available for an additional charge, as they are not operated by the hotel. The food was very good, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options available every day. The restaurants and bars were excellent and contributed greatly to the overall holiday experience. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay – friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The service was consistently of a high standard, and we particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality shown by all members of the team. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. We would happily return in the future and would highly recommend Riu Palace Jandia to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in a beautiful location

Exceptional Service The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff. Every team member we encountered was incredibly friendly, hardworking, and always ready to help with a genuine smile, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Spacious and Spotless Accommodations We were very impressed with our room. It was exceptionally clean and far more spacious than we expected, providing a perfect, comfortable retreat after a day in the sun. Prime Location and Amenities The hotel’s location is unbeatable, perched on a rocky outcrop with breathtaking panoramic views of the golden Jandia beach. Having direct beach access and being just a short walk from the charming old town of Morro Jable made our daily outings so convenient. We also thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor pool overlooking the ocean. Outstanding Gastronomy The food at the resort was truly exceptional. From the extensive morning and evening buffets featuring fresh live cooking stations to the excellent choices at the Krystal fusion restaurant, every meal was delicious, hot, and offered an amazing variety of dishes. What We Liked Best (and Least) Best: The combination of the warm hospitality from the staff, the sheer comfort of the large and clean rooms, and the fantastic, high-quality dining options. Least: If we had to mention one minor area for improvement, the gym is on the smaller side with a limited selection of equipment. While it serves for a basic workout, it is a bit modest compared to the high standard of the rest of the resort's facilities. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality getaway!

At the crystal restaurant, I asked for a litre of sangria. They said that was not available although the bar was only steps away. I ordered the same in Riu Gran Canaria crystal restaurant and they went to the bar to fulfil my request (great service) In the buffet restaurant all the waitresses and most of the waiters were extremely hard-working and amiable. A couple of waiters were not to the required standard or very friendly.

this is the most wonderful relaxing place to stay on holiday, especially for beach lovers. The beach is exquisite and so beautiful..The hotel staff are incredible and can't do enough for you. The rooms are fabulous and your legs will feel stronger at the end of your stay as there are a lot of stairs! 10/10 :)

The hotel is classy and modern. Large comfortable, quiet rooms. Lovely pool area and sun beds overlooking the ocean, with a nice pool bar serving reasonable food and drinks. The Bar staff are wonderful, warm fun and friendly. The buffet has an excellent selection and dining room nicely designed. The waiter staff were friendly and very professional also. Exceeded expectations.

This was our second stay at this hotel, we love the location, food choice and restaurant staff are amazing. Our Room was nice but net curtains were torn at the bottom, we had towels that had holes in and generally was not as nice as the room we had the year before on the opposite side of the hotel.

Excellent location with stunning views of the sea and access to a beautiful beach . With amazing waiters . Very luxurious and spacious room for family of four. The food was extensive buffet morning and night with lots of variety (but not particularly themed) although not great if you are wheat/ gluten free. Weather was lovely late march/ early April and pool was slightly heated to combat the windy moments.

We've just spent 18th-25th of march here at this beautiful hotel for our honeymoon and I can honestly say it was perfect. They gave us a large sea view room and a bottle of bubbly to celebrate and the views were breathtaking. The room was beautiful and cleaned to high standard everyday. The food was amazing and there's a snack bar too which was just as good. The staff are amazing and really go out of their way for you. Evening entertainment was fantastic and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and you won't be disappointed. We'd love to go back

We have visited this hotel on many occasions and I’ve never been disappointed. We look forward to going back there so much, they make your overall holiday experience five star. Would not hesitate to recommend it to anybody.

The location, the room, the view, the calm, the cleaning, all the fantastic people in the staff, reception, pool, pool area, sunbeds, food, dining room..there is absolutely nothing to complain about, nothing and if you read something else, it's not true or someone is a little too picky, we were there for 3 weeks and loved our stay! A great appreciation was when we with short notice asked the reception for a great service for us before check-in and. Despite high season and fully booked the reception did 110%, reception even contacted us a few minutes after check-in and wanted to hear that everything was ok. For us that is at the highest level, we are so incredibly grateful for your commitment and to have spent 3 weeks at your fantastic hotel and every day during this time had the pleasure of greeting all the staff who always greeted us with a smile, every time, we get teary-eyed just thinking about it. Better than all the rest, better than anyone, anyone we've ever Thank you very much, see you again.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The room was large with a gorgeous view and was spotlessly clean. The staff were brilliant, really friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We’ve been coming to Fuerteventura for over 35 years, usually staying in the north of the island at Tres Islas, but this will now be new ‘home’.

We have been staying at this hotel since 2017 and return annually during January. Although it is one of the furthest locations from the airport we like the area, the hotel and the beach. Unlike some other RIU Hotels in the Canaries many of the staff are long-term employees who remember us and that makes us feel very welcome. Standards of food etc have stayed the same but some loss of previous RIU privileges such as welcome drink and in-room fruit/flowers - minor points but noticed.
