Smoking room but right next to loading dock so big trucks all night

There was mold in the bathroom, our non-smoking room smelled like ****, the towels were very scratchy and thin like they got old, the two wash clothes they had didn’t match which seemed unprofessional. There wasn’t a light in the nook that had the sink so it was very dark and very difficult to see. Also, we didn’t feel safe parking our car in the front by the main road, the area seemed a little sketchy. We checked out within 30 minutes of checking in and booked another hotel. The girl at the front desk was very nice though, the main part of the room was big, and it had a refrigerator but I’m not sure how well the fridge was working. After seeing the condition of the room I didn’t trust it. There was a sign at the check-in counter that said mentioned getting refunds and send requests to an email address, which made me think people requested refunds often. Since we booked through a third party and paid with rewards, we didn’t bother to argue about getting money back. We are just never going to go back there again.

I was walked in once by the the desk clerk who thought the room was empty. I had an attempted entry at midnight by a family with a crying baby that ended up next door. The room could have used a coat of paint on many walls. The desk chair was broken. The toilet could not flush the smallest of items. The bed felt like a sheet over a box of springs.

The room was definitely lacking in appeal. Didnt appear clean in common areas. Tv did not work

There was not room available for my reservation ... and i need my reservation money back

Not the best area, but was decent inside for the price. Free breakfast wasn’t healthy but still nice to have that option.

Well I told the lady at check in that I already paid she still wanted my card and I ended up getting charged twice for the room and of course when they refund it out takes a few days to get back in my account I get that but it inconveniences me then the TV was broken when I asked that we get a working TV she said they didn't have any more and they barely spoke English so it was just a bad experience

I've stayed here at least 10 times, always kind, clean, professional and accommodating. Can't ask for more. Thank you!

Called front desk: tv and fridge both not working they said they will call manager. Called them back 2nd time and they said they will send someone in 10 minutes. They never came. Bad customer service. They never called to check or inform us that they were not coming. We waited 40 minutes. Bad service.

It is a quiet place for a night's rest or two. The bed was ok...the rooms could use a little more lite. The hallways are dark. The bathroom was in need of some repair but at least it was a hot shower and flushing toilet.

Would definitely stay at this place again. Although it’s nothing special to look at from the inside or even the lobby…the rooms are very modern, clean and comfortable! The hotel manager is very kind and attentive! Don’t judge a book by its cover (:

"lobby/breakfast area" it looks like a storage place. It has construction material, a cash machine, game machines broken, 2 high chairs out of the decor, broken doors on the buffet area, food looks old, coffee area is messy, carpet is dirty. The lobby has a strong smell of food. I'm not planning to come back to this location. The room was average, spacious and organized.

Positive: Staff was very friendly. Location was quiet Negatives: Sheets were stained Roaches in the bathroom No pool - it’s filled in with dirt and has a tree in the middle. Outlets on lamp didn’t work
