Nice hotel. Wasn't a big fan of the parking garage. Room was kind of small for a double queen room. Staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to our keypad entry not working. They fixed it immediately.

Very very disappointed with this hotel. Not as clean as it should be and smells like pot everywhere The parking is treacherous at best. The keypad to get in the room didn’t work very well We will not be staying there again. We checked out the same day we got there and stayed somewhere else

We came to celebrate our 33rd Anniversary and the desk person Stacey Marlowe was so nice to us and we think she represents customer service in the best way. She offered us a choice of complimentary breakfast or other things for our Anniversary

Run away, don’t just walk. The worst hotel in Myrtle Beach. At check-in, don’t think about showing up at 5 minutes till 4. Check-in is 4PM. Rose at the front desk told us till wait till 4 and then informed us our room wasn’t ready. Very rude and poor customer service. Plan on barking dogs from pets left alone in rooms. Also, watch the added fees. After checking in, DO NOT EXPECT ANY DAILY CLEANING OR RESTOCK OF TOWELS OR LINEN. What are these fees? It appears they just inflate the actual cost of room. Also, don’t expect any help from Vacasa. Just canned answers to any issue you may have. Again, RUN.

Third time staying here always have had a good experience. This time we met Wendy she was the bartender and she was super friendly. Just amazing went to the bar for something to eat near closing never made us feel rushed. Super friendly super outgoing. Been in this business for 42 years so I appreciate great service!

This was a really nice place compared to a majority of the hotels on the beach. Had to book through Vacasa which was a first, but a really good experience. Hotel had a restaurant and a breakfast buffet which was nice (extra price, I think it was $15 each). Had a balcony, also nice. Able to rent dvds for free. Hot water was VERY hot. Couldn't take the heat. Called maintenance and they tried as hard as they could to remedy the situation. If it's too hot I recommend taking a shower around 9pm. After everyone else has had a shower and the water is not too hot. Pool was also very nice and had plenty of chairs. Washer on our floor (extra price) wasn't working, (lost that money) so we had to go to another floor to do laundry.

Rented through Big Fish Rentals. Alerted them about missing refrigerator draw tops ans a cracked drawer as soon as I used the refrigerator. I didn't open it until 2 days after I got there. I took a picture and texted it to them. They replied noted. Got home and received an email that they were keeping 100.00 of my security deposit for damages I did. They claim the cleaners have pictures of the fridge before. They did enter the unit while I was out of the room so it is possible they removed them during my stay. This company has horrible reviews on the Better Business Bureau. I have filed a complaint.

The Patricia Grand Resort in Myrtle Beach offers stunning ocean views and convenient accommodations for dogs, along with a decent gym and proximity to major attractions. Overall, while the location and amenities are promising, improvements in maintenance are necessary for a more enjoyable stay.

This place was perfect for what I came for: a nice, relaxing vacation. Huge shout out to Anndreanna and Stacey at the front desk. The other staff members weren’t the nicest but the two ladies made up for it! Pool is warm, hot tub was nice, and the beach is perfect distance.

Our room had a kitchen area, a king-sized bed, and a pull-out couch. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of the pool and beach. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The pool area was well-maintained and had plenty of comfortable lounge chairs. The "lazy river" was not very big, but kids would probably like it. The hotel is a little more than a mile from the boardwalk so it takes 20+ minutes to walk depending on your pace. The parking ramp is across the street and easy to access. There are several spots in front of the hotel for loading and unloading your car and trolleys to bring your luggage to your room. We would stay here again.

Our condo was so comfortable and inviting. Unit was well-equipped. The views on both balconies were spectacular. Wendy at the Indigo Restaurant was so accommodating to our every need we felt we made a new best friend. Thank you from your fudge family.

This is always going to be the best place to stay in Myrtle. There’s so much stuff just at the resort. Pet friendly and staff is so sweet. I’m going back this year and I’m so excited. There’s shopping places such as broadway at the beach very close and many food places close. The location is perfect. Views are always great. Room has always been clean. The staff always has the room ready before 4pm (when check in is really supposed to be) The dj down by the pool is perfect. I don’t trust many hotels but this one is perfect!

My stay at The Patricia Grand was everything I was looking for. The room was clean and stocked when I arrived. The hotel staff was kind and accommodating. Check-in was easy. My view was absolutely beautiful. I spent most of my time in the hotel, so I got to experience The Indigo restaurant. They had some of the nicest wait staff I've ever encountered. I didn't have to ask for anything since they were so attentive. My waitress, Rylie, was consistently on top of things. This was my first vacation in 10 years, so I didn't want to be bothered much. The staff here are good about letting you be, but always being close by and ready to serve you if needed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing getaway. Vacasa rentals is a joke and they have horrible customer services. This hotel itself was nice and the pools were really nice, but the company you rent it from does not care about you or your stay. Don’t rent from vacasa ever.. we will not ever again.
