The hotel is absolutely lovely and couldn't be closer to Shanghai Disneyland. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms came with adorable toothbrushes, amenities kits, and slippers which make great souvenirs with impressive designs and details. Shuttle services between hotel and the park are available every 10 mins throughout the days.

We had a great time. Recommend for everyone going to the park. This gives you extra 1 hour in the morning which is needed for the big park. Hotel cast member also super nice and we found character hanging at hotel with no lines

It's near to Disneyland. Free shuttle to Disneyland start from 7:30am. The room was clean. On the first night the housekeeper left a handwritten note to welcome us. We thought this was a generic note, everyone gets the same. On the second night, the housekeeper left another handwritten note. We were surprised that she gave us extra bottle of water as she noticed we finished all on the first night. It was not a generic note!

We stayed 3 nights as a family of 4 while we visited Shanghai Disney. The cast members and the service were incredible. Everywhere you look there was someone to greet you warmly and help you if you needed it. The room was clean and well taken care of throughout our stay. The location cannot be beat. The bus ride provided by Disney is only 3 minutes to the park. Staying at the hotel also allows you a one hour early entry which is key to riding some of the most popular rides with no wait time. We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai Disney!

Convenient and has special early entry privileges to park. Polite and helpful staff. Room and amenities are fairly basic. Cannot order takeaway food except if the food is delivered using car!

Very very good! It’s not a fancy hotel, but everything is really in order here. The staff we’re extremely well trained here. The whole hotel felt also very clean. The operation between the hotel and Disneyland was highly efficient. We felt the hotel in whole was even more professional and enjoyable than Disneyland itself. Highly recommended!
