Good value for money. Convenient transportation. There are restaurants nearby, and Asian restaurants are also required.

I went to Paris for a trade show for my company (Wine Paris). 1. Many elements of the room were broken (closet door, light fixture missing a bulb cover etc.); 2. the walls are paper thin and I could hear someone coughing in their room down the hall (not just next to me). I was on the 3rd floor, someone was smoking out of their window on the 2nd floor although it is a non smoking hotel. I waited until that person stopped smoking to see if the smell would dissipate. I later opened the room door leading to the hallway because the odor didn’t dissipate after 1 hour and could smell smoke in the hallway (possibly mold and not just smoke because my eyes were itching soon after I settled into the 1st room). I had a headache and asked if this was a smoking hotel (I do not smoke and wouldn’t have chosen such hotel). They mentioned not being able to do anything about it but ban the occupant from the hotel after that night and offered a 2nd room to me on the 2nd floor. By then it was getting late and during trade shows it is nearly impossible to find another hotel nearby. I was in my pajama, wasn’t offered any assistance to carry my luggage to the 2nd room which had the same odor and was worse in cleanliness and damage than the first one. I had 3 hours of sleep, didn’t have breakfast (how could I fathom eating there while everything is so run down and disgustingly dirty) and left at 7AM

The staff were very nice, particularly during breakfast. It is a bit overpriced for what and where it is.

The hotel was located in a nice neighborhood. We wanted a hotel with fair price so it met our expectations. The staff were friendly

Very friendly

First of all, the hotel is in a beautiful suburban location 20min away from Paris center and 40min from Versailles. The room was okay, warm, nothing wow but comfy. But the most remarkable thing of this hotel is the great staff. We really felt welcome. We have a situation with our bed and immediately was resolved. Also when I asked for a market at midnight cause I really needed chocolate but sadly everything in the neighbourhood was already closed, the guy from reception trusted me his metro card to use the bending machine of the subway.

Never again. No light in the hall, carpet om the floor. Definatly not clean. Siders in the sealing and in the bathroom. Plastic under my sheet. Never, never, never again. But it was cheep 😬

Positive point, very close to the metro. Contiguous space. Fortunately, it's a short stay.

Lovely hotel from the outside but inside it's pretty average... Everything is shabby, my room was small with tiny toilet/shower. The room is also poorly insulated. You can hear everything that happens in the hallway, especially the cleaning ladies who are really not discreet in the morning... I had a so-so night...

Pleasant stay, we were on the 3rd floor no elevator, room correct and very clean I'm thinking of the cleaning lady who takes the laundry bags upstairs for our u**ost care!!!! A small freight elevator would be very useful for them and why not use the dish?! Pleasant little patio Pleasant and complete breakfast in the basement room, a little chilly But despite that I will go back there if they still want me I thank the entire hotel team because they are really very pleasant

It's ultimately a nice surprise... given the period, nothing left in Paris at decent prices... direction Malakoff, one more room in this hotel And finally, even if the carpet should be removed, and if the bathroom is refresh, the room is spacious, the location is great (quiet area three minutes, exactly from metro 13)

Damp room, wallpaper peeled off and swelling on the walls. Power socket in a wall that is swelling due to water. Bathroom in a condition which leaves no doubt about the negligence of the hotel: An ENTIRE broken tile which opens onto a crawl space, suspicious brown mark on the door opposite the WC, dirty silicone seal, broken lamp and trash can ( do not accidentally water the lamp when taking a shower, as it is bare and the shower curtain will not protect against splashes). The shower head lets more water flow through the leaks in the hose than anything else, yes yes you will shower with the leaks... Stained mattress, marks on the walls and so on! Add to that a breakfast worthy of a gas station, with a floor that sticks at 7 a.m. when you go first, barely clean cutlery and it starts to add up.... All for 150€ in full world of construction! I contacted the owner, he reproached me for not having said anything when I was there (I arrived to leave very early and late after a long day, I did not have the strength to explain to this person. sir why he is not doing his job well), he refused the refund and offered another night WHAT A JOKE! Avoid at all costs!
