Let me start with the good things. It's clean and hygienic. The lady at the front desk can speak some English, which is very helpful. The toiletries prepared are also quite exquisite. We arranged an extra bed for three people, and she was very patient and detailed. There was no problem moving in. Of course, I have to talk about the bad things. 1. The location is not easy to find (well, actually I don't know Russian, I really don't understand a word, I go in through a small door, and there is no elevator, and I go up to the third floor. 2. The stairs smell a bit bad. 3. The bathroom in the room is very close to the bed, and there is no exhaust fan.

Except for the lack of an elevator, everything else is OK. The front desk staff are very helpful.

It is a medium level hotel in Moscow. It is near the Arbat area and is convenient to various attractions. The hotel has a small door on the street. It is very dark inside. There is an old iron staircase. Climb up to the third floor and see a door. After knocking and opening it, you will find the hotel. The front desk is very small. A cute boy tries hard to communicate in English. The distance between rooms is very close. The hotel's breakfast is OK and will be delivered to the room. Please note that the network is very bad and basically cannot be used normally. It is recommended to choose international big brands to stay in. Russian local brands are really unsatisfactory.

After comparing, I saved several hotels, but I ended up booking this hotel by mistake! I can't cancel! The location is OK, very close to the Red Square, but the hotel is a very old building, and the most important thing is that the hotel is on the third floor, but there is no elevator! And it's a very old staircase! It's very inconvenient to go up the stairs with luggage! The room is very small and the price is not low! It looks like a four-star hotel, but it's not worth it! In addition, don't take a taxi near the Red Square, there is no meter, and those who use mobile phones to calculate the price are all scammers! Remember!!!

Walk to the third floor, there is no elevator in principle. I have a neat and clean room, a full minibar, an air conditioner built into the room, a spacious shower, a nice set on the bathroom shelf, and bathrobes.

Very good! However, the hide-away bed that we were promused ended up not being able to be pulled out and our third member had to slzep on just the couch- that should probably be fixed. The air conditioner also leaked water onto the top of the couch as well, so that might need looked at as well. Other than that, the stay was greag! Such a nice, hospitable staff! I look forward to coming again.

Very disappointing experience. The place is extremely outdated, carpets are filthy and dirty, bathrooms are moldy and really need some TLC. There was a big construction on the 2nd floor of the building during our stay so it was a big challenge to get in and out. Plus, unfortunately we got to experience 24 hours with a very rude and unprofessional young lady at the reception who couldn’t even follow a simple check marks on the paper to order breakfast. Breakfast isn’t worth it at all, just the convenience of following your morning routine and finishing breakfast early in the room but otherwise there are plenty of wonderful places around with great food choices for any type of meal. Location was great through - 10-15 minutes from Red Square.

What attracted me most was the location - the Kremlin is just a stone's throw away. The girl administrator treated us like family, thanks to her. Pleasant value for money - we recommend! The most suitable option for a family holiday!

The hotel is extremely overrated! The hotel is located on the 3rd floor, accessible via a narrow staircase. The audibility in the room is very strong, as if the walls were made of cardboard. For breakfast you need to go to a separate restaurant, although breakfast is indicated at the hotel.
